Tentative Schedule

Each division will compete over 2 days. T/N/BN are Friday/Saturday. A/I/P/M are Saturday/Sunday. Final schedule dependent on numbers. Thurs: Cross-Country course open-3:00 pm. Welcome Reception (Gaze and Graze) - 5-7:00 pm. Get food and drinks at the Pavilion Pub and enjoy them outside at a distance. Fri:8:00 am - All T/N/BN/N(CH)/BN(CH) Dressage, followed by XC.Welcome Reception (Gaze and Graze) for weekend riders - 5-7:00 pm. Get food and drinks at the Pavilion Pub and enjoy them outside at a distance. Sat: 7:30 am - T/N/BN/N(CH)/BN(CH) show jumping, followed by victory gallops. 7:30 am - A/I/P/M/T(CH) Dressage followed by P/M/T(CH) XC. Gaze and Graze - 5-7:00 pm, Charcuterie boards and drinks at the Pavilion Pub, to be enjoyed outside at a distance. Sun: A/I show jumping followed by XC. Schedule is subject to change depending on numbers so check website for updates. Limited to 400 entries after which a wait list will be created.

Stabling: Limited on-grounds stabling. $200 for regular stabling, $250 for luxury stabling, which is in our Main barns close to the covered, and includes use of a paddock. Both include 3 nights, from 8am Thursday to 6 pm Sunday.

Grounds Fee: Competing horse = no additional charge,included in Entry Fee!
Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50, and please submit negative Coggins.

Entries not postmarked and paid by closing date will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 6/14/21.

Returned check fee: $35.00.

REFUNDS:Before C.D.-full refund minus $50 office fee; After C.D., refund minus $50 office fee,only if same spotcan be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). No refunds after 6/14/21. If for ANY reason the show is canceled- FULL REFUNDS!
USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Entry fee includes a $50 non-refundable office fee. No entry accepted without full payment. Please enter through Compete Easy or Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by closing, or the late fee will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders and owners at preliminary and above must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $50 non-refundablefee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Show Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider.

Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires anew entry to bemailed or e-mailed. ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE PAID.

Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 6/14/21.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Checkentry status list at: www.evententries.com or www.stableviewfarm.comNo other notification method will be used.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited on-grounds stabling from 8am Thursday through 6pm Sunday. All on site stalls arepermanent and at least 12x12 w/doors. $200 for regular stabling, $250 for luxury stabling in our Main Barns close to the Covered Arena, which includes use of a paddock. No initial bedding provided, bedding available for sale on grounds for $8/bag (includes tax). Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Cross-Country

Cross Country Courses designed byCapt Mark Phillips andMogie Bearden Muller. A - 3500m@570mpm. I - 3200m@550mpm. P - 2800m@520mpm. M - 2500m@490mpm.T - 2200m@450mpm. N - 2000m@400mpm. BN - 1600m@350mpm. All courses: Average to challengingfor horses with some experience at this level. Water, ditches and banks may be at all levels. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil. Cross-country Course closed after May 23rd. Cross-country Course schooling is only available during Eventing Academy dates or at levels above T by appointment on ETB/Boyd Martin Schooling Field, for more information: www.stableviewfarm.com.

Other Information

Total maximum entries 400. After 400 a wait list will be compiled. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider if needed. Food on grounds. Ice available for purchase on grounds. Dogs must be leashed.Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301. Sharps containers will be located on the competition grounds at all of the barns. Improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments may be fined. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
