Stabling: $150.00 Thursday 9 am to Sunday sundown. Additional nights: $25Contact Secretary for permission for early arrival or late departure. Absolutely no haul-ins allowed. Non-Competing Horse: ONLY AS SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Contact Show Secretary. Teams: $5 per person. Teams of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. Incomplete entries: $20 fee for all incomplete entries. Refunds:Before May 25 - Full Refund. From May 25 to Closing Date - entry/stabling less $25 non-refundable office fee. After closing date - no refunds unless spot can be filled from waitlist. Competition cancellation - no refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEA membership and horse registration are required for all levels, except Intro. Preliminaryriders, owners, trainers must be current USEF members or pay $45 USEF Show Pass Fee per person. Include proof of current USEF membership with entry for Prelim riders, owners, and trainers with entry to avoid the USEF Show Pass Fee. Complete Entries:An entry is considered complete if it is received, hard copy, EventEntries.com or Xentrywith full paymentwith all signatures and proof of USEF membership for Prelim riders/owners/trainers.. If payment is not received with entry it is considered incomplete and will not be accepted until payment received. Entry changes: $40 fee for all changes after closing date.Post Entry/Late Fee:$50 for all entries or payments received after closing date if space allows. Double entries:Not accepted. Refunds:Before May 25 - Full Refund. From May 25 to Closing Date - entry/stabling less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date - No Refunds unless spot can be filled from waitlist. Competition cancellation - no refund. Returned checks: $30 fee on returned checks. Coggins: Negative Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses.For equine movements into the state, California requires a valid Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI), issued within 30 days beforeentry, and evidence of a negative Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) test performed at a USDA-approved laboratory within twelve (12)months before the date of entry. An EIA test "pending" result does not meet the entry requirement. Preliminary:All preliminary entriesmust send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner or pay $45 USEF Show Pass Fee per rider / owner / trainer. Pre-Show Dressage Test of Choice: Thursday 12:30 - 5 pm.Sign up online on SignUp Genius. $30 per test ride. Sign up early as space is limited.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. $150/stall fromThursday 9am to Sunday 6pm (early arrivals allowed with secretary approval $25 per additional night).180 10x10 temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors &initial bag of shavings provided. Shavings ($12/bag), alfalfa ($25/bale) available through [email protected] or by pre-order with entry. Non-competing horses:ONLY IF SPACE ALLOWS. Course closedTuesday June 4th at sundown. All courses on groomed tracks over rolling terrain. Preliminary - 2500 m @ 520 mpm. Training - 2200 m @ 450 mpm. Novice - 1900 m @400 mpm. Beginner Novice - 1800 m @ 350 mpm, max height 2'7", 14 efforts. Intro - 1400 m @ 300 mpm, height 20-24", 12-14 jumping efforts, water optional. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. Studs recommended for all divisions. Entries Limited to 180 temporary stalls onsite, priority givenin order of receipt of entries (complete entries only). Rider levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list available from secretary. Food on grounds. Dogs allowed on leash only, strictly enforced!!! Owners of dogs not on leash must donate $100 to SYVPC Horse Trials. Thursday Dressage Test of Choice: Ride your choice of dressage test in competition arena before "L" judge for ring exposure and last-minute tips.Times available from 12:30-5pm. $30 per ride. Time slots limited.Sign up online at SignUp Genius. Sunday XC Schooling: XC Schooling is available following completion of all divisions for $50 per horse. Arrange through secretary at event. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
