Fees
Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Valinor Farm or Enter and pay thru EventEntries or Xentry. Times will not be scheduled for unpaid entries. All fees must be paid and received by closing date or a $50 late fee will be assessed, strictly enforced.
Entry: Horse Trials divisions M: $205; T/N/BN: $195.00; Intro $160.00.
* Please note* effective April 1,
2020, Modified is now a USEF Recognized level. Riders, owners and trainers who
participate in the Modified level will need to either be a US Equestrian member
or pay a $45 show pass fee. In addition, Entries must include a $8.00 USEF Admin
Fee to be submitted to the federation (line item on entry form). Copies of current USEF membership cards
and Safe Sport requirements must accompany entry.
Horse Trials Competitors: USEA Starter/D&M and are not included as part of the entry fee, please add these to your entry fee.
Effective December 1, 2020, the Board of Governors has initiated a
COVID-19 Fee of $5.00 for the 2021 competition season, to be paid by the
competitor.
INTRO Competitors: INTRO entrants are exempt from USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recover fees and USEA membership/non-membership fees do not apply.
Stabling: very limited. $100.00 per night on grounds, permanent 10'x12' stalls with full sliding doors.
Fees: $50 fee for entries accepted after close date, $50 fee for any incomplete entries after closing date - this includes signatures, coggins etc. Do not plan to bring your paperwork to the show. $25 fee for any changes to entry. Change of horse or rider requires a new Entry Form.
Entries are not considered accepted until payment is received. Times will not be assigned for unpaid entries.
Refunds: Before C.D -Less $25 non-refundable office
fee; After C.D. Entry-Less $25 office fee ONLY if place can be filled
from a wait list. $100 non transferable credit towards Valinor Farm 2021
Schooling Event for scratches after closing date if accompanied by a
vet or doctor note, else no refund.
Competition cancellation: only USEF/USEA fees refunded. ** If competition must be cancelled due to COVID restrictions all entries will be refunded less a $25 office fee.
USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and the COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as
well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are
required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training
requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All
participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF
Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More

Awards
Prizes & 8 ribbons per division. The Jockey Club's T.I.P (Thoroughbred Incentive Program) is sponsoring awards and prize money for the highest placing thoroughbred at each level. Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited. $100/stall/night on grounds. Permanent 10'x12' stalls with full sliding doors. Possibly more available off-grounds. Stabling form and payment must accompany entry. Competitors stabling overnight please refer to stabling information link on our website and plan to arrive between 3 and 8 pm. Please contact secretary if you need to arrive later. Additional New Dressage arena on all weather footing for 2021
Entry limit 125.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; please state preferences under Eligible Section, provide experience and birth date on entry.
Dogs must be leashed.
No motorized vehicles allowed on X-Cty.
Due to limited space non-competing horses are not allowed.
Please contact organizer if you need to arrive for stabling after 8pm.
Parking is limited, please write the size of your trailer on your entry form.
Water and food available on grounds.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
