Write checks to QPEE. Entry Fees: M, T, N, BN & S= $350 if payment is postmarked on or before Closing Date; $400 if payment ispostmarked after Closing Date. Stabling and two bags ofinitial shavings are included with your entry. No Trailer-in allowed at the NEC - all horses must be stabled Shavings= $9.72/ bag FYI these bags seem to run small from past experience with the NEC. No outside shavings are allowed.The NEC will charge you a very large fine for outside shavings. Tack Stall= $100.00. Non-competing horse stabling = $125/weekend. RV Pad with 30 amp hook up with water $35 per night at the NEC. RV Pad with 50 amp hook up with water $50 per night at the NEC. XC Pinny Insert Holderrequired! Refunds: Before 9:00 p.m. CST on Closing Date, please notify the Secretary by e-mail or mail; (No voicemail will be accepted) for a refund, less the $50 non-refundable office fee. USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: USEA Starter/D&M fees and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Riders competing at the Modified level will also be responsible for paying the $8.00 USEF Administration Fee when entering the event. Riders, owners, and trainers competing at the Modified level need to either register with the USEF and finish SafeSport training. If a rider, owner, or trainer competing at the Modified level does not wish to register with the USEF, they have the option of paying the $45.00 non-member fee at the event. Horses do not have to be registered with the USEF to compete at the Modified level.

Entry fees include a $50 non-refundable office fee.XC Pinny Insert Holder required for ALL divisions.No Pinny Insert Holders sold at the show. Double entries are not accepted. All competitors must be USEA members, except Starter.Starter riders are exempt from all USEA fees (Starter/Drugs/COVID-19 Recovery fees/Membership/Non-Membership). Riders will be limited to two horses per division. $40 charge for checks returned for non-sufficient funds. Refunds: Before 9:00 p.m. CST on Closing Date, please notify the Secretary by e-mail or mail; (No voicemail will be accepted) for a refund, less the $50 non-refundable office fee. After 9:00 p.m. CST on Closing Date, No Refunds! No withdrawals will be honored unless received by the Secretary in writing (e-mail or mail) before 9:00 p.m. CST on Closing Date. Competition Cancellation = No refunds. ANY CHANGES will be charged $25/each and NO CHANGES, only substitutions within same division, before 6/4/21. Negative Coggins, dated within 12 months, required for all horses. Original Coggins report required at event. State of MO requires out-of-state horses to have a Current Health Certificate. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Open galloping terrain with one big hill. Water and banks BN - M. Starter course has maximum fence height of 2'3'. Starter course is a great opportunity to introduce horses and riders to smaller versions of real cross country fences. Starter has optional bank up. Cross Country Course closes at 7:00 p.m. CST on May 9, 2021. NO Shuttles will be available at Queeny Park to the start of Cross Country

Stabling/Veterinarian

STABLING:Stall from 11:30 a.m. Friday to Monday 9:00 a.m. is included in your entry. If you want to arrive before that a charge of $50 will need to be paid in advance. If you need to stay Sunday evening please make prior arrangements with us. All stalls are approximately 10' by 10' and will include a stall door, electric outlet for one box fan and two bags ofinitial shavings. $100/Tack Stall. Pre-order extra shavings with your entry for $9.72/bag. Shavings will be available on the grounds for $9.72/bag though the NEC. All pre-ordered shavings will be in your stall before arrival.No outside shavings are allowed. The NEC will charge you a very large fine. Due to insurance issues no one can tie to the trailer during the show. If the NEC catches you will be fined a $100.00 fee per occurrence. XC Paper Number Pinny Holders will be used for the Cross Country in All divisions. Pinny Insert Holders will not be sold at the show Cross Country Course closes at 7:00 p.m. cst on May 9, 2021. Cross Country Schooling will be allowed Sunday after Cross Country is finished. Cross Country Schooling is only allowed for those entered in the show. The fee is $25.00 and requires a special pinny from Secretary. Numbers and signs will be taken down as soon as Cross Country ends. Entry limit 150. Levels may be divided as entries warrant. Dogs must be leashed under NEC and St. Louis County Park Ordinances. Park Rangers will be there to enforce rules. The Cross Country course is about 1/4 mile or 10 minute walk from Secretary Tent. Competitors and Trainers are welcome to bring their own golf carts to Queeny Park. No 4 wheelers or motorized bikes allowed. QPEE will NOT provide shuttles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from the Secretary Tent to the Cross Country venue due to COVID restrictions. Medical card/armband, ASTM/SEI helmets, and safety vests required for cross country at all levels. ASTM/SEI helmets will be required at all times when mounted. No equipment vendors will be at either location At Queeny Park any manure on anything other than grass will need to be cleaned up. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
