From I‑95: Exit 88 to Route 117 North. Cross over Rte. 184, then take next left onto Gales Ferry Rd. Farm 1.5 miles on left. Don't go by mapquest - it takes longer! Mapquest also has 645 2 houses past our driveway, so please pay attention to the street numbers and turn at 645. Sign at end of the driveway.

Entry: TN/N/BN divisions: $190.00, early bird $170. Post entry fee $20.00. Starter: $165.00, early bird $155.00. Post entry fee $20.00.
Stabling: Permanent stabling, $55.00, no initial bedding. Early bird rate is only given to entries with a US postmark dated by April 13, 2021. $10 change fee assessed to any entry change after closing date.Combined Test: T, N, BN fee is $90, Starter fee $75. Early bird $85 and $70.Office Fee: $10 per entryunless entry completely filled in, correct, and current coggins test with full payment submitted. If entry total and complete, office fee will be waived. :) ** Entries are not considered complete until payment is received.
Refunds: Before C.D.-In Full; After C.D.-Entry-In full ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-In Full; Stabling-No refunds. USEA Starter/D&M Fees and Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Double Entries: Accepted, no fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery fees do not apply.CT participants must be USEA members or pay a USEA $25 non-member fee with entry; USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery Fees do not apply.
Refunds: Before C.D.-In Full, minus the office fee. Credit card refunds are charged a 3% transaction fee; After C.D.-Entry-In full ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses. Copy must accompany entry form.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

TN/N - 2000 m @ 375 mpm, BN - ‑1750 m @ 350 mpm/max fence height 2'7". Starter: 1200 m @ 300 mpm/max fence height 2'3". All courses average for horses with some experience at this level. Starter: very inviting course. Good for first time horses. Bank and ditch options. Good visibility for instructors. People welcome to school all year round. Courses are on 20 mild rolling acres of hay fields with one pass through woods. Marked water crossings. View last year's course on web site, plus web cam links. Cross‑country course closed May 1.

Test & arena sizes: TN: 2018 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N: 2018 USEF Novice Test A-Sm BN/Starter: 2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. CT levels will ride the same test as the HT levels. Arenas: Sand footing. Flat & jumping warm-up is separate. Sand show jumping warm-up. Show jumping held on sand footing.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
