Stabling: Limited 10x12 or larger permanent with stall doors off-site stabling will be available within 15 miles. Stabling will be $50/night includes access to ring and fields for hacking.

Entries
Entries-Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee and $25 toward Jackpot. Send copy of valid coggins within 12 months of show date. Double entries: accepted for $30 fee. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except the combined test, Combine Test entrants that are not USEA members, must pay a $25 USEA non-membership fee with entry. The USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery fees do not apply. USEF membership required for Modified and Above. Please include T.I.P. number for eligible entries.
IF ENTRY IS INCOMPLETE AT CLOSING DATE: Any electronic entry made PRIOR to CD must be completed within 5 days of CD or will be considered late and $50 fee late fee will apply. Missing items collected greater than 5 days after CD are subject to an additional office fee of $20/item.

Terrain: Beautiful established turf on rolling hills. Tracks have excellent flow with lots of galloping. Very inviting, confidence building courses. Cross‑country never open, except for designated schooling days.
Awards
Dressage ribbons through 6th and Overall Ribbons and Prizes 1st - 10th.Trophies - Many trophies for MCTA members only. Please make sure your MCTA membership is current. Prize money through 6th place in every division. For example: 20 starts would have $500 of prize money split as follows: 1st - $200, 2nd - $100, 3rd - $80, 4th - $60, 5th - $40, 6th - $20. Prize money will be mailed if not claimed by end of the event.No ribbons or prizes will be mailed unless prior arrangements have been made with the secretary.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited off site permanent stabling (12x12 minimum) within 15 miles of competition site. $50/night per dry stall; no bedding provided. Please send deposit of $50/stabled horse to secretary. Deposit will be destroyed if stall is stripped.
Veterinarian staff/ Farrier staff-#s posted at sec'y's office & stable area.
Competition Management will provide sharps containers in stabling, office, and parking areas. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. See GR1210.4

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
