Late/Incomplete Fee:$25.00 (included in post entry fee above). Charged to all entries incomplete within a week of the event.

Camping: $50.00/night w/electric Hook up. $40/night for tent camping. (Trailer Parking at Stabling: $25/trailer, if in effect. Only takes effect if stabling is full.)
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund on entry. Competition cancellation-No refund. Refund Policy: The USEA Starter fees ($10), are not subject to
office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to
any rider who does not start the dressage test.

current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) required at all levels, except FEH
handler.
HORSE REGISTRATION: USEA Limited or Full Registration Required for YEH/NEH horses. USEA FEH, Limited or Full Registration required for FEH horses.
PAYMENT: Credit card payments only for entries.
Additions after entry submission (stabling, shavings, camping, etc.) can
be paid on the MDHT website or by Venmo. Call Carolyn at 301-514-0111

CHANGES:
Any change to entry subject to $20 fee and must be via email. Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or
division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both)
and/or division, space permitting. NO PHONE or TEXT withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted.
COGGINS:
Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses, including
non-compete horse.

COVID-19: Loch Moy Farm adheres to local, state and USEF
rules and procedures. Check the MDHT website for updates and keep
appraised of current rules. Failure to comply is grounds for dismissal
from the property, wth no refunds for any fees paid.
Disrespect: Absolutely no disrespect will be tolerated
toward any volunteer, official, staff, rider, student, groom, trainer,
coach, spectator, or other participant. Abusive action toward horses is
likewise unacceptable. Individuals who persist with disrespectful or
abusive words/actions will be asked to leave the property.

Dogs:
GR1301.6 will be STRICHTLY ENFORCED. There will be a $100 fine for
any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner
may be asked to leave the grounds.
- Dogs
are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a
leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a
leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any
damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’
behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject
to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning
cards.
