Entries limited to 200. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee and stabling fee. Entries are accepted according to postmark date. Postmark date will be

Tack Stall (if available): $150.
Clean Stall Deposit:$40 (send separate check no cash or cc!). Checks will be shredded if stall is stripped clean!
Camper Hook-ups:Spaces are limited. No refund after closing date unless space can be filled..
Golf Carts:Limited number available for rent $175 for a two seater for the weekend or $200 for a four seater.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund - $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry-no refund unless entry and or stall can be filled from waiting list less office fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the
dressage test.
Please check fees before sending in you entry! Over payments of $25 or less will not be refunded.
Entries
Entry fees include Stablingfrom Thursday-Sunday and a $25 non-refundable office fee before close date. Extra nights: $20 per night. Tack Stall: $150 (if available). Clean Stall Deposit: $40 (check will be destroyed if stall is stripped clean) no CC or cash accepted. Change fee $25 after CD, $40 charge after schedule is done, notice will be sent out via email. Double entries: Not accepted. All riders entered in the IP and P divisions must have proof of USEF membership!
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and theUSEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery fees do not apply.
Bio security: This event requires a negative coggins dated
within 1 year of the event, and proof of vaccination for EHV within 180 days of
the event. Please be prepared to show vaccination records on request.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

IP/P-approx. 3250 m @ 520 mpm.PT/T-approx. 2500 m @ 450 mpm.N-approx. 2100 m @ 400 mpm.BN-approx. 1850 m @ 350 mpm/max. Easy Starter course height not over 2'4" water is optional. All courses are designed according to the National standards for each level and are considered Average in difficulty, Terrain: Rolling to hilly terrain with very good sand turf footing. All courses spectator friendly!Cross-country course open only by appointment course close two weeks prior to show.
Awards
All divisions Ribbons to 8th place and prizes from 1st- 4th place.
Stabling/Veterinarian
200 10x10 permanent and temp stalls with doors. Stabling opens Thursday 1 pm-Sunday 6 pm, mandatory stabling included in entry fees, initial bedding included. Extra stabling $20 per night.Hay& bedding available for purchase in advance withentry or email [email protected] prior to May 18th to have your order delivered to your stall. Bedding orders received prior to event $8, during event $10! We only supply dust free wheat straw, better for the horses and the environment! Stall cleaning deposit $40 included on separate check (cash will not be returned), if stall found strippedyour deposit will be destroyed. Indicate only ONE stabling group name if you want to stable with others. Veterinarian: # will be at show office and stall doors. Farrier is available on grounds, starting Friday AM.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Please help us protect the xcfooting by limiting the amount ofvehicles used on course. No scooters or golf carts allowed in water complex, wooded paths or hills for any reason! Course walks must be on foot, unless approved by show management.
Leashed dogs are
welcome. Help us keep the show grounds clean, please clean up after your dogs! Bags available at the
office.
Food will be available during the event.
EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
