Exit 3 is currently preferable to Exit 2, due to need for bridge repair. From I‑89: Exit 3. Left off ramp to Rt. 107 ‑ 1/4 mile to Rt. 14. Turn right on Rt. 14 South. Turn right onto Royalton Hill Rd. Fox Stand, downhill, cross RR tracks & bridge & immediately turn left. Go 1 mile; becomes a dirt road. Turn left onto Back River Road. Go 1 mile; HPF on left.

Fees

Entry: All divisions:EARLY BIRD price is $225.00 per division if entry received by April 13th. $250.00 per division after April 13 and before closing date, $250.00 per division after closing date. 8 Ribbons, prizes from Strafford Saddlery and vouchers for future events or schooling at HPF. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. All refunds must be requested via email. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. NO CHANGE FEE but changes MUST be emailed. USEA current membership and USEF current membership if applicable (please check!) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. All refunds must be requested via email. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months; must accompany entry. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Jumps are varied and consist of logs, portables, new MIMs technology jumps, an improved water and ditches. Cross‑country course closed May 1. Schooling is permitted before May 1 based on weather.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Veterinarian: Dr. Sarah Murawski, DVM. DUE TO COVID 19, HPF will NOT be offering stabling at our May HT. We will accommodate all travel requests and will have a later start time.

Cross‑country course closed May 1. All dogs must be on leashes. Levels may be further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. We offer delicious food on grounds! Some of the best event food ever at Farmhouse Catering. Open for breakfast half an hour before event start. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
