Paper Number Pinnies will be in effect for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them.
Entry fees per division and include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Introparticipants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees and COVID recovery fee do not apply.
AllIntermediate and Preliminary entries, owners and agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay the USEF $45 Show Pass fee. All entries must have three signatures, Rider, Owner, and Trainer.

Required: Vaccination, Coggins, Health Certificate Information:All horses entering the show grounds of a USEF licensed competitionMUSTbe accompanied by documentation showing vaccinations for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumontis) within 6 months as well as have a current negative EIA/Coggins test (within 12 months).This is mandatory for every horse entry. Wait List Policy: After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Only entries received by Closing Date are placed on the Wait List. All entries received after the closing date are ineligible for the Wait List. Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only. The Wait List expires on Friday, May 14th at 9 pm. All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the Wait List. After the Closing Date and before the termination of the wait list, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the wait list. Scratches after the close of the wait list date are not eligible for a refund. With the expiration of the Wait List, no scratched spots are filled.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contract with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U. S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Dogs:Show grounds are stressful for many dogs and their presence is discouraged; if present, must be controlled and leashed. Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals, must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs' behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards pursuant to rule GR 1301.6. In addition, pursuant to facility regulations, loose dogs will be fined $100.00.

NO VEHICLES ON COURSE! Motorized vehicle statement:Minors who do not have a valid driver's license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver's license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individual with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver's license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hoverboards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed "unsafe use" if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of the rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
