Entry: Per Division: $210 BN, N, T (does not include USEA fees).
Stabling: Limited$65 per night on grounds. One bag of shavings included in stall fee. $35 fee if stall left unclean.
Refunds: Before C.D -Less $25 office fee; After C.D. no refund.
Competition cancellation- No refund. Withdrawals and changes must be made in writing via email. Do not leave a voice mail. No refunds on stabling after closing date.
USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subject to office fees and shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Electronic entries are strongly encouraged andappreciated. Enter online at www.evententries.com or use Xentry. Online entries must be paid before accepted. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable fee. USEA is charging a $5 Covid fee on all entries. $35 fee for bounced checks. Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email.Refunds:Before C.D.- Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Scratches/Changes must be in writing via mail, fax, email only. A fee will be charged for any changes made to entry: $30/change fee, $50 changes after Noon on Tuesday, September 17th. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. If space allows and post entries are accepted they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. ANY entry post marked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic or faxed entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!Any entry which is incomplete as of 6:00 pm Sunday September 15th will be charged an additional $20 PER MISSING ITEM. This includes birth date, signature pages, coggins, horse or rider USEA numbers.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Other Information
Dressage and Show Jumping in outdoor sand arenas. Warm up on sand outside and the indoor on our new GGT footing.
Entry limit 135 per day. Levels may be divided/ combined as entries warrant. Please state preference under eligible section. Provide experience and birthdate on entry.
Dogs must be leased. $50 fine for unleashed dogs.
No motorized vehicles on XC. Non-competing horses must purchase a number and sign a release to be on grounds.
Parking is limited. Please share trailers when possible. Water available on grounds. No overnight camping.
Following ever changing Covid regulations. Please keep checking revised regulations and be prepared to comply. Information will be posted on AppleKnoll.com and Apple Knoll Farm Facebook page in upcoming weeks. Mass Travel Order will be observedhttps://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-travel-order. Every competing horse is allowed (1) rider, (1) support person, and /or (1) parent only if rider under 18yo. Due to Covid 19, NO Spectators, but Volunteers are welcome! Please declare the names, cell phone numbers, and email of the people associated with your horse on your entry. All attendees will be checked in at farm entrance with Covid 19 compliance. If your name is not on the list then you may be asked to leave. All attendees on show grounds must have a signed USEF Covid 19 Waiver on filehttps://useventing.com/resources/documents/USEF-USEA-Waiver-For-Non-Competitors.pdf. Face masks are to be worn at all times even amongst household members unless riding. Everyone must social distance by 6 feet. Do not wander into barns and other private areas of Apple Knoll Farm.
It is possible that there will be no food available on grounds. (subject to change) Please be prepared with snacks and drinks. Scores are posted online.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
“Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
