Neg. Coggins certificate required within 12 months and out-of-state horses also require health certificate.
CCI4/3 ForeignHorses must be in possession of an FEI Passport. CCI4 U.S. Horses must be in possession of an FEI Passport. CCI3 U.S. Horses may have either a FEI Passport or a USEF National Passport. All passports must contain proof of vaccination against influenza, signed by a veterinarian in accordance with FEI rules.All riders and horses must be registered with the FEI. Refer to FEI website www.horsesport.org for FEI qualifications and requirements.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. CCI-L and CCI-S: Prize money to be awarded to all divisions: CCI4-L: $15,000, CCI3-L $10,000; CCI4-S $4000; CCI3-S $2000. CCI-L: Trophy & 10 ribbons per division given during ceremony. Sampling Procedure for Prohibited Substances (Vet Regs, Ch. V&VI and Annex IV) Regular sampling is carried out in CCI 4/3*, CCIOs, World Cup Qualifiers and Finals, Championships and Games, whereas at other CCIs sampling is recommended. When testing takes place, the number of horses tested is at the discretion of the Testing Veterinarian/Veterinary Delegate; however, a minimum of three is recommended (Vet Reg. Art. 1016).

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
