USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and the COVID Recovery Fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. All Entries are not considered complete without payment. Payments can be made online with a credit card, or by calling the EventEntries office. $50 returned/insufficient funds check. $50 late fee for horses entered after Closing Date. Double entries not accepted. Negative Coggins required within 12 months. Out-of-state horses must have a health certificate for entry into the state of Florida. Paper number pinnies will be in effect for XC. You must submit a 2021 membership card for USEF membership for the rider/owner/trainer of horses competing at the Preliminary levelor above. No cell phone cards accepted. If a membership card has not been received, riders will be required to pay the $45 show pass fee. All USEF Life/Senior active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE US CENTER FORSAFE-SPORT TRAININGREQUIREMENT TO BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE. All participants must adhere to the US Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
