Entry Fee: I-P: $250;M-T: $245; N-BN: $225 (does not include USEA/USEF fees). Event Entries Credit Card Only. Stabling: Very limited on ground stabling due to required physical distancing. $50.00 per night per horse. Muck Fee:$50.00 (separate check) more details from the Secretary. REFUNDS: All payments must be completed by April 24 -No one will be scheduled without complete payment and entry /waiver documents filed online. Refunds: Before CD-Less $25 non-refundable office fee;None after CD of April 13. $50 for any bounced check; Competition cancellation…no refund. Post Entries accepted after CD, April 14 thru April 26 if space available; $50 late fee added.

USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and the COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

  • Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies.   • Please read the USEFCOVID-19 Action Planto review these detailed and important requirements. We will be strictly following these guidelines as it pertains to spectators and additional people accompanying riders.
  • ALL who enter the farm must have completed in advance a Waredaca Waiver Release of Liability. This includes your support team.
  • If you feel sick or have been exposed, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SHOW. Seek medical attention and follow the CDC guidelines for quarantine procedures.
  • Waredaca will be open only to competitors, their essential support person(s), our officials and ancillary people, volunteers, and the Waredaca staff. If the USEF permits spectators, it will be updated in our event info on the Waredaca website.
  • Food sales etc will be on site as will the Waredaca Brewing Company with a variety of beverages and snacks in the parking area.
  • More specifics will be forwarded prior to arrival.
  • All correspondence from secretary will be via email.

Due to required physical distancing, VERY LIMITED STABLING ON GROUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE. CHECK WITH THE SECRETARY FOR MORE DETAILS.
