Competition cancellation - no refund.USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery Fees Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
