Entry: P/M/T: $225.00; N/BN: $200.00; CT:$90.00.
Stabling: $200.00.Extra nights: $35.00 per horse/stall.
Tack Stall: $200.00 .
Grounds Fee: $50.00 each non-stabled horse.
RV/Camping: $50.00 per night.
Refunds:Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- No refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

CT: USEA membership is not required, but non-members must pay a $25 USEA non-membership fee with entry. The USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 fees do not apply.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- No refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses: Copy of current Negative Coggins must accompany entry.
Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $8/bag delivered to stall.
Submitted entries not paid by the closing date will not be included in the ride times. The event is considered full when all the on grounds stalls are filled. Priority for stalls will be for riders entered in the horse trials and then for tack stalls if there are any stalls available.
Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

192 permanent stalls 12' x 12'. Available Friday AM to Sunday PM. Stall doors provided. No Initial Bedding. $200.00/ stall; $200.00/ Tack Stall/Non-competing; Bedding may be purchased in advance or on grounds during event ($8). Please pre order! Stable questions 910.875.2074.

All courses true representation of their level. Rolling, sand-based turf, all weather footing. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. M- 2600m @ 490 mpm.T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 325 mpm. Cross-country not open for schooling, except for scheduled schooling days. Course Closed March 27th.
