Check will be destroyed if stall is left clean with hay, wet spots and manure removed. Grounds Fee: $50.00 (non-stabled horses). Camping: $30.00 (per night-separate check).

All distances are approximate. I-3400 m @ 550 mpm. P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1850 m @ 350 mpm. max. height 2'7". Starter -1400 m @ 300 mpm, max. height 2'. Well drained, sand based turf on open pastures with some rolling terrain. Courses are of average difficulty and there are two water obstacles, several banks and ditches that are on some of the courses. Cross-country course closed March 21.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$155/stall (includes2 bag shavings) from Friday am through Monday am. 250 stalls on grounds. 70 permanent, (brand new 42 stall barn, 3 new permanent bathrooms, 3 new washroacks), 190 portable. Stall cleaning deposit $25 in separate check. Stalls to be clean, not stripped. $50 grounds fee if not stabled. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase .Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $10/bag. Contact Holly Hill Farm for info. Veterinarian: TBA # posted in office. ATTENTION:: There is a large event in Shreveport on April 17 that has filled the hotels. The Tourism Bureau believes that some of these rooms will be released closer to the game date. Another option is RV rental. They are websites for RV rentals by owner- rvshare.com and outdoorsy.com. RV rentals could be delivered and parked here or used at local campgrounds like Cypress-Black Bayou Park. We have limited hook ups but many RV's come with generators so could be used in our general parking areas. We have asked to be put on the wait list at some of these hotels so tell them you are with Holly Hill Horse Trials. Other Information

Absolutely no ATV or Side-by-Side vehicles allowed on property unless used by an official. Please make sure your clean stall deposit check is sent in before the show. USEF Coronavirus Requirements: All people on the show grounds must wear a mask at all times unless mounted on a horse. Social distancing must be maintained. Cross-country course closed March 21. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Complimentary lunch for pick up on Friday sponsored by Serio's Feed and Purina. Open Dinner Reception is cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions. Express check-in available for completed entries. Food available on grounds during show. Dogs must be leashed. Anyone moving from assigned stalls without clearing with show secretary will be eliminated. Policy for eliminated riders: If rider is eliminated for a fall of horse and/or rider then they cannot continue to the next phase. If the rider is eliminated for multiple refusals then they cannot continue on to the next phase.Other eliminations such as Technical Elimination will be decided upon by the TD and Organizer and if rider is allowed to continue to next phase they must retire after the first disobedience. Coggins and Vaccination Information: All horses entering the show grounds of a USEF licensed competition MUST be accompanied by documentation showing vaccinations for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (rhinopneumonitis) within 6 months as well as a current negative EIA/Coggins test( within 12 months) . See USEF Rule GR845. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. GR1210 General 4. Competition management shall place a minimum of one sharps container per each competition, whether or not stabling is provided. Additionally, at least one sharps container per fifty occupied stalls for the disposal of needles and other disposable sharp instruments in convenient locations in barns housing competition horses. It is competition management’s responsibility to replace such containers when full and dispose of them properly. Competition management may fine any individuals including trainers, owners, exhibitors, or their agents up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. Competition management will place a notice of this requirement either in its prize list or on a specific handout given to trainers on check in at the competition. If local law has different requirements, local law will prevail. Competitions failing to comply with placing the required number of containers on the show grounds will be considered in violation of the rules and may be subject to penalty as determined by the CEO or his designee and/or the Hearing Committee. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
