Address: 44200 S.R. 19N, Altoona, FL 32702. From Ocala: Rte 40 east approx. 50 miles to S.R.. 19. Take S.R. 19 south approx. 15 miles, farm will be on the left. From North of Jacksonville: I-95 South to I-295 South to Orange Park exit (Hwy 17). Turn right on Hwy 17 and go to Palatka, turn south onto S.R. 19 just before Palatka. Go approx. 40 miles, cross over Hwy 40, go another 15 miles, farm on the left. From Orlando Airport: Beeline Expressway (Hwy 528) west (towards Orlando) to Florida Turnpike north (towards Ocala) to Hwy 429 north (towards Apopka) to Hwy 441 north (towards Mt. Dora) to S.R. 19 north in Eustis. Farm on right, 18 miles.

Draw checks to:Rocking Horse Stables. We accept most major credit cards. Entry: I/P: $235.00; PT/T: $210.00; N/BN: $200.00. Stabling:$150.00 for duration of event. (Friday - Sunday night) Each additional night is $35.00. Ship-in:$40.00/weekend. Stall Deposit:$50.00 per stall (separate check). Call (407) 766-4183; $15/stall. Shavings:$8.00/bag. Refunds:Before closing date, less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed or mailed on or before closing date. NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After closing date, refund only if there is a waiting list. Ship-in fees refunded. Stabling fee refunded if stall is filled.USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition Cancellation-no refund.

Entries

Entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Faxed entries WILL NOT be accepted. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Refunds:Before closing date -less $25 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed or mailed on or before closing date.NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After closing date -refund only if there is a waiting list. Ship-in fees refunded. Stabling fee refunded if stall is filled. Changesmade to an entry after closing date will be subject to a $25 processing fee.No changes to entry starting Tuesday before the event. Lateentries(if space allows) will be subject to a $50 late fee. X-C Pinny/Holder/Insert Required. Copy of current neg. coggins within 12 months must accompany entry. 30 day health certificate required at the Florida State line. PLEASE include a winter address and email on your entry form. Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling/Veterinarian

Permanentstalls, each with it's own stall door: $150.00 for duration of event. (Friday - Sunday) Each additional night is $35.00. Each stall comes with 1 bag of shavings. $50.00 stall cleaning deposit is required on a separate check. Stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving. You must clean stall of all HAY/MANURE/URINE. Also, NO straw or cardboard/newspaper shavings. (check will be destroyed if these requirements are met). Stall doors/1 bag of shavings provided. Stall Cleaning: Call (407) 766-4183. Cost is $15/stall. Ship-in fee: $40.00 for duration of event. Veterinarian:Will be posted on stall cards and also in program.

Test & arena sizes: I-2018 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P/PT-2018 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2018 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2018 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: 3-Clay & sand & grass if needed.

Cross-Country

I-3575 m @ 550 mpm. P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. Starter: Approx. 1500m @ 300 mpm (Speed fault 40 mpm). All courses: Flat terrain, more challenging than beginning of the season courses, but still moderate for horse with some experience at that level. Ditches, banks and water may be included on all courses. Cross-country course will close on Saturday, March 27.Please check website for schooling days.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. NO unauthorized cars or trucks on course. NO golf carts or motorized bikes allowed on course while cross country is running. NO Canadian checks. NO camp fires. NO turn out in round pen. Food vendors available on grounds. Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed. No loud generators close to main barn. No straw/cardboard shavings in stalls. If found, stall deposit will be cashed. Shavings - $8/bag. Ice - $3/bag. Volunteers earn Rocking Horse Bucks which can be used for schooling or schooling shows.
