Address: 8191 US Highway 27 E, Hamilton, GA 31811 Traveling Tips: Do not take “Alt. US Hwy. 27” (you may never get here). Some Internet mapping sites may route you to Lynn Dr. – do not turn here (dead end road with limited turnaround). If approaching from the south, do not take US Hwy 27 through Columbus (too many traffic lights). From North: I-85 south to exit #21, I-185 south. Exit #42, US 27 south (left). 21.7 miles to right at Kingsboro Rd. (just past Mulberry Creek). Follow Kingsboro Rd. to end. Farm entrance ahead. From South: I-185 north, Exit #12, Williams Rd., east (right). Straight thru stop sign, cross RR to traffic light, then north (left) on Veterans Pkwy. 12.0 mi. to left at Kingsboro Rd. (pass farm main entrance), then as above. From East & West: US 80 to Veterans Pkwy./US 27 (exit 4) north, then as above.

Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Poplar Place Farm. One check per horse. US funds only. We now accept most major credit cards. Entry: IP/P/M:$225;PT/T/N/BN: $200;Starter/Intro: $175. Intro= (XC Jumps-12" and Show Jumps-18").Effective December 1, 2020, the Board of Governors has initiated a COVID-19 Fee of $5.00 for the 2021 competition season, to be paid by the competitor. Stabling: $225 for Friday - Sunday. Permanent 10' x 12' stalls w/full sliding door. Initial bag of bedding included. Bedding that is pre-ordered will be $8/bag, otherwise $10/bag. Tack Stalls: $225. Stall deposit: $50 (separate check), please write rider & horse name in memo section of the check. Grounds fee: $50 for Non-stabled (ship-in) horses and non-competing horses.

Camping:$50/night for all RV Hookups. We have 15 - 50/30 amp spots and 30 - 110 amp spots. All hook-ups are first come, first serve. Please specify electric needs. No hook-ups from the barns. Intercollegiate/Interscholastic Team Challenges: Poplar Place Farm is proudly hosting intercollegiate AND interscholastic team challenges,

Refunds:Before Closing Date: Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals MUST be emailed or faxed. No refunds after Closing Date. Competition cancellation-Partial credit. USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Priority is based on “postmark date" (date on envelope or online submission date). Payment is due when entry submitted. If payment is not submitted with entry, payment must be received within 7 days or the “postmark date"may be changed to reflect the date the payment is postmarked. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Starter & Introare exempt from USEA membership/horse registration, and the USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery Fees do not apply. XC pinny holder required. $50 stall stripping deposit drawn on separate check is required with entry. Stall deposits can be paid online on EventEntres.com. Check only. Returned checks - $40 fee. Changes: Any change made to an entry after closing date is subject to $25 fee. All change requests must be in writing (email, fax or mail). Before C.D.-change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D.-change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division allowed, space permitting. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: $225/stall Friday through Sunday and includes an initial bag of shavings. 224 permanent stalls (10’ x 12’) with full sliding doors & temporary stalls (10’ x 10’) available if entries warrant. If temporary stabling is utilized, permanent barn assignments will be made based on the postmark date of entry (not “stable with” requests). Stall doors/initial bedding (shavings) provided. Tack stalls $225 - available only after all horses have been assigned a stall. No stabling changes without the permission of secretary or $50 fine. A stall cleaning deposit of $50 on a separate check, please write rider and horse name on the memo section of stall deposit check. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $50 for entire event. Shavings:Shavings that are pre-ordered will be $8/bag! PLEASE PRE-ORDER!All other times they will be $10/bag. $50 stall cleaning deposit required & must be included with entry ON ASEPARATE CHECK or can be done through EventEntries.com electric entry platform. Stalls to be stripped prior to leaving. Cleaning check will be destroyed or credit card will not be charged if the stall is stripped. Cross-Country

IP/P: 2730m @ 520mpm.M: 2900m @ 490mpm. PT/T: 2100m @ 450mpm. N: 1850m @ 375mpm. BN: 1780m @ 325mpm. Starter: 1200m @ 300mpm with jumps not to exceed 2'6". Intro: 1,000m @ 300 mpm with jumps not to exceed 12". All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. Rolling hills with established turf. Cross-country courses closed March 15.

Other Information

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food concession on grounds – open early for breakfast. Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed during competition. If caught loose, $50 fine. No motorized vehicles allowed on XC courses at any time! Officials' vehicles only! “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
