Both Thursday and Friday we will have Gaze and Graze one hour after the competition ends for the day. This will be charcuterie boards and beverages (wine and soda) outside the pub at the back of the Pavilion.

Thurs: Additional arrival exams 7:30-10:00. Test rides 8:00am. Dressage competition starts 8:30.
Fri:Any dressage not completed Thursday may go starting at 8:00 am. Show Jumping starts 8:00 am.
Sat: Cross-Country starts at 8:00 am. Some SJ may go if not completed on Friday. Awards approximately half an hour after completion of each division.

Late
Fee: $50: Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date will be charged a $50 late fee.
Change Fee: $25. No changes
will be processed after 3/21/21.
Returned Check Fee: $35.00.
REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list,
(if there is a wait list). If for any reason the show
is canceled- Partial credit (unless canceled due to Covid, in which case we will provide FULL REFUNDS). USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The
USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and
shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not
start the dressage test.

All entries include a $25 non-refundable entry fee. Enter on Event Entries or through Compete Easy. Download the app at www.competeeasy.com. Entries on Evententries.com will NOT be accepted without payment. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE
MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by
closing date, 3/9/21, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked
entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 3/9/21, or a $50 late fee
will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be at the Stable View Main Office by
closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No
entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders and owners at Preliminary must
send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $45 USEF show pass fee
will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders
including foreign, must have a USEA number. All membership cards and horse numbers have to
be to Stable View secretary by closing or a $50 late fee will be owed.
Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls. Change of horse
or rider requires a new entry to be mailed or e-mailed. Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes
will be allowed after 3/21/21. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12
months. Do not send original Coggins. Check entry status list at www.svfequestrian.com. No other notification method will be used. Check website and contact immediately if in wrong division, etc.
Do not wait until times are posted, check status after you enter.

Awards
10 ribbons per division.
PRIZE MONEY AWARDED FOR ALL LEVELS! $60,000 total in prize money, with $26,000 for the 4*, $15,000 for the 3*, $10,000 for the 2*, and $5,000 for the 1*, plus $4,000 for Tornado Award.
Tornado Award - $1,000 in prize money will be awarded to the highest placed rider in each division with no cross-country penalties and closest to the optimum time on cross-country, for a total of $4,000 extra in prize money. In case of ties the money will be split between the riders in the tie.
FITS $100 Gift Certificatewill be awarded to the first place finisher in the CCI2*, 3*, and 4*, and to ALL FINISHERS in the CCI1*!
TIP Awards and Prizes for the highest placed Thoroughbred Horse at each level. Register your off the track Thoroughbred at http://tjctip.com/default.asp?page=7.
KWPN Awards for the highest placing Dutch Warmblood horse. To be eligible for this award, Horses must be registered as KWPN and a copy of breed registration papers that say “KWPN” must be provided to show secretary. These papers must, in turn, be available if requested by the KWPN-NA office to verify registration. Horses registered with any registry or studbook other than KWPN are not eligible.
Amanda Bader Award- $300 to the overall lowest dressage score of the competition. Would be split in case of a tie.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling - $250, includesWednesdaytoSunday in permanent "FEI" stabling barns. All stalls a minimum of 12 X 10'. Stalls doors provided, no initial bedding provided. Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED.
Shavings $8/bag (includes tax). Shavings will be available for sale on grounds for the competition. Limited stabling available only in the new barns: 12x10 stalls with stall doors and rubber mats. Contact the Stable View office (484) 356-3173 for more information.

Rolling, sand-based turf, all-weather footing. CCI4*-3500m@570mpm. CCI3*-3200m@550mpm.CCI2*-3000m@520mpm. CCI1*-2500m@500mpm.
Cross-country Course is closed year-round for schooling. Volunteers can choose to receive a free XC schooling pass for one of the Eventing Academy Open Schooling Dates.
Other Information
Limited to 225 total competitors so please get your Entry in early! Food on grounds. Four Rider Lounges will be in use including the new Executive Lounge which will be used for the first time - positioned between the two banks of Stalls. If allowed by CDC Covid guidelines, these Lounges will be available for all competing riders and offer coffee, a light breakfast, fruit, snacks and water and a place to have meetings and relax during the day. In addition the new Executive Lounge will include toilets, washing machine and dryer and shower facilities. Please note updates and changes to USEF
rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
