Fees
Event Fees Directory:No one scheduled without prior payment. Please enter through Evententries and pay with credit card.Entries may be mailed in with check or money order, draw checks to PTF LLC Advanced HT. All fees must be received by closing date, 2/9/21, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must arrive by 2/9/21, or a $50 late fee will be owed. If entry hand delivered to organizer, must arrive by CD 2/9/21, and contact must be made to verify receipt. One check per horse-no exceptions, if not, you will have to wait on a refund if you scratch one of the horses before CD. One check per horse, allows us to tear up the check if you scratch one of the horses before CD and no office fee will be owed. One horse per stable form. No checks drawn on Foreign OR Canadian Banks, including money orders. Must have a US routing number on check or money order, or entry will be refused - No Exceptions! No one can show up at event and pay their entry fee, payment has to be in prior to scheduling.
All money owed at check-in must be paid in cash. This has been our policy for last 10 years. DO not send express mail requiring signature upon delivery.
All riders, owners, and trainers of horses at Prelim and above MUST send COPY of current USEFcard or a $45 nonrefundable fee will be owed at check in.
Due to COVID, no one will be allowed in the office so all fes have to be paid ahead of time with credit card. All NSF owe $50 fee.
Entry: A/I/P: $280.00; PT/T/TN/N: $260.00. Riders cannot sell their entries.
Stabling: $130.00, There is NO one night fee, $130 is for one night or three nights. Add'l non-show nights: $ 20.00: NC horse stabling $155.00 (includes $25 surcharge), NO per-night pricing available. Riders cannot sell their stalls. Stalls must be booked and paid in advance of competition. Stalls will be checked for compliance.
Shavings: If pre-ordered, $9.00 bag and shavings will be delivered to your stall. If ordered at show from secretary, $10.00 a bag.
Stall Deposit cleaning fee: $50 send separate check per horse, ALL STALLS MUST BE STRIPPED. Most stalls are matted
Grounds fee: $ 55.00 (non-stabled horses).
Surcharge: $ 25.00 (non-compete stabled horses).
RV hook-up: $ 45.00 per night, 2 nights stay or greater, will get priority over 1 night reservations if overbooked. (specify if you need 50 amps or if camper is large. May limit your "stable with" request. RV hookup limited so book early.
Tack Stalls: $130.00, NO one night fee. The fee is $130 for one night or three nights. (if space available).
LATE FEE: $50.00 (after 2/9/21).
Returned check fee: $50
Fees not received by closing date, 2/9/21, will owe a $50 late fee per entry, strictly enforced.

Policy:
The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5),
are not subjected to office
fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any
rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries

Foreign riders MUST send copy of their current national federation membership card. $55 grounds fee for non-stabled horses. $25 surcharge for non-entered stabled horses. Double entries: Not accepted. Advanced competitors have the option to enter division based on riding Advanced dressage test A or B. ( A is the easier of the 2 test). Please indicate on entry form which division you would like to enter. If no division is listed, you will be placed in Adv-Test A. If there are not enough entries to fill both divisions, only Test A will be offered.

Awards
Prizes: Custom handmade wooden bowls crafted from trees grown on Pine Top, vendor gift certificates. from Liz Crawley photography and VTO saddlery.
Ribbons: 1-8th place.
Stabling/Veterinarian
$130 per stall, NO one night fee, the $130 fee is for one night or three nights. (tack stalls $130, covers one night or three nights if there is room) 150 perm. stalls on grounds. Extra non-show nights=$20 each. Stall doors provided. Ability to stable by groups maybe limited and may not be available if entering late. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $55. Stabling for non-entered horses $155( includes $25 surcharge) & may be limited. Stall doors/initial bedding provided, Prepaid shavings $9.00 bag. Shavings ordered thereafter $10.00 bag. Prepaid shavings will be delivered to stall. No straw bedding allowed.Riders cannot sell their stalls. Stalls must be booked and paid for in advance of competition. Stall will be checked for compliance. Paddocks not to be used by haul ins.
STALLS MUST BE STRIPPED of all hay, manure ,wet spots,etc. Most stalls are matted. Send $50 stall deposit on separate check with entry.

Last year, stalls and RV's booked up early, so if you want to be on stabled on grounds, please enter and pay early. If not you may have to stable off grounds so avoid heartache and enter early. If your RV needs a 50 amp please put on stable form RV hook ups are limited so book and pay early.
Paddocks not for ship ins.
Certain RV requirements may prevent "stable with request"
being honored.
Accommodations
Ask for Pine Top Rates! White Columns Inn-5 mi., (706) 595- 8000. RV: Limited electric/water hookups available, $45/day, 2 nights or greater reservations will be given priority if RV's overbooked. Pay in advance to reserve hookups. RV must be labeled with owner's name and cell phone number. No tent camping.
Dressage
Test & arena sizes: A-2018 USEF Advanced Test A or B-Std (see Entry section, Test A is the default test if none specified). I-2018 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P/PT-2018 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T/TN-2018 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N- 2018 Novice Test A-Sm.Arenas are Sand-screenings mix, warm-up grass. Warm up has been improved.
Cross-Country
A-3600m @ 570 mpm. I-3500m @ 550 mpm. P-3100m @ 520 mpm. PT-T-2600m @470 mpm. TN-N-2100 m @ 400 mpm. Terrain: Excellent footing of well established sand-based turf on 200 acres of rolling pastures with some woods, good galloping courses. No clay or stones. All courses: Courses will be near maximum height, distance and efforts, with ditches, multiple waters, corners, & skinnies. Courses differ from year to year. Cross-country course closed before event.
Other Information
Due to COVID. all riders and other attendees must self check and
log their temperature every morning before entering the property, and
must show their temperature log when asked and whenever interacting with
show secretary. Everyone must check in daily for a temperature check and to get a new color coded armband. While on the show grounds, everyone must wear a mask at all times except when mounted. Please observe safe 6ft distance of each other.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and put birth date on entry.

Dogs must be leashed. Close gates at night around barns.
Non competing horses NOT allowed in warm up areas during competition, fully enforced, must get bridle number from secretary and wear at all times when out of stall. All non competing horses must either pay a stall fee or grounds fee.

Enter and pay early to be sure you get in and have a stall. Last year we booked up early on stalls and RV's.

Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular
Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Modified Level or above and Combined Driving
Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance
Rides. A nonmember may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, agent, coach or trainer
at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and
Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a $45 Show Pass fee. Participants in the following
classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and
races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot (exception: Friesian performance FR222) and academy
classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF
introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions. 8)
Opportunity classes, 9) citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in
good standing of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant
handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the
state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but
not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of
licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described
motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The
parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating
a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or
actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those
responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for
individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and
management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not
limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds.
Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of
harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs
the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is
accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other
mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt
from this rule.
EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT USEF RULEBOOK
WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH
All competitors must wear an approved helmet while mounted.
Sharps containers are placed at each barn for proper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments.
Every competitor must sign and send to the show secretary the
new USEF/USEA Waiver and Release liability form before the start of the
