Sat: Prelim (except OP), Training, Novice, Beginner Novice : Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-10 am. Prelim jumps first.
Sun: Cross-country-9 am. Prelim, Training followed by Novice and then Beginner Novice

Event Fees Directory: No one scheduled without prior payment. Please enter through EventEntries and pay with credit card. Entries may be mailed in and paid by US drawn check or money order, must be drawn on US bank with US routing number on check. All fees must be paid and received by closing date 1/26/21, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps ) must arrive by 1/26/21, or will be charged a late fee of $50. All riders, owners, and trainers of horses at Prelim and above, MUST send COPY of current USEF card or a $45 nonrefundable fee will be owed at check in. Strictly enforced.
One check per horse, if not you will have to wait on a refund if you scratch one of the horses before CD. One check per horse allows us to tear up the check if you scratch one of the horses before CD, with no office fees owed. No exceptions.No checks drawn on Canadian Banks or any other non-US bank, including money orders. Must have a US routing number on check or entry will be refused - No Exception! One horse per stable form.

Stabling: $ 130.00, (NO single night charges, fee is $130.00 for one night or three nights) Addt'lnon-show nights: $20.00: Non-Compete Horse stabling: $155.00 (includes $25 surcharge). Rider cannot sell your stalls. Stabling must be booked and paid in advance of competition. Stalls will be checked for compliance. Most stalls are matted.
Stall Cleaning fee: $50 stall deposit, please send separate check, no cash to be accepted for stall deposit. ALL STALLS MUST BE STRIPPED including all hay.
Grounds fee: $ 55.00 (non-stabled horses).
Surcharge: $ 25.00 (non-compete stabled horses, included in the $155 NC horse stable fee).
RV Hook-up: $ 45.00 per night, 2 night stay or greater will be given priory over 1 night reservations if overbooked. Note on stable form if your RV is large and/or needs a 50 AMP amps. Because of certain RV requirements, may not be able to honor, "stable with" request.

Double entries: Not accepted. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses=$55... $25 surcharge for non-entered stabled horses.
Scratches & changes must be emailed or faxed. No phone calls. Change of horse or rider must have a new entry faxed or e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM. $25 change fee for change to entry and/or stabling made at any time. . Online entries must be paid 7 days after entry made or by

Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members,
as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes,
are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training
requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All
participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF
Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More

Stabling/Veterinarian
$130/stall, (NO single night charges, fees are $130 for the show, regardless if you stable one night or 3 nights) 150 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall are 12X12 and 12X10. Most stalls are matted. No portable stalls. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $55..Additional nights stabling..$20 night.. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. Bedding-shavings only. Prepaid shavings will be delivered to stall, $8.00 per bag. Shavings ordered on site $9.00. No straw bedding. $155 stall fee for non-competing horses ( includes the $25 surcharge fee) if space is available. Ability to stable by groups will be limited and may not be available if entering late.
Riders cannot resell their stalls. Stabling must be booked and paid in advance of competition. Stalls will be checked for compliance.
ALL STALLS MUST BE STRIPPED OF EVERYTHING INCLUDING HAY AND WET SPOTS. Send $50 stall, deposit on separate check with entry, no cash accepted. Veterinarian: Dr. Kim Keeton. # 706-612-6018, will be posted at office.

Ask for Pine Top Rates! White Columns Inn-5 mi.,706-595-8000. RV: Limited electric/water hookups. $45/night. 2 night reservations or greater will be given priority over 1 night reservation if overbooked. Pay in advance to reserve hookups. RV must be labeled with owner's name and cell phone number. No Tent camping.

Cross-Country
AI/I-3400 m @ 550 mpm. P-3100 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2600 m @ 470 mpm. TN/N-2100 m @ 400 mpm. BN- 1800m @ 350 mpm. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand-based turf on 200 acres of rolling pastures with some woods, good galloping courses. No clay or stones. All courses will be near maximum height, distance and efforts including ditches, multiple waters, corners,etc. Courses differ from year to year. No fences shared with another level. Cross-country course not open before event.
Other Information
Due to COVID. all riders and other attendees must self check and log their temperature every morning before entering the property, and must show their temperature log when asked and whenever interacting with show secretary.

Dogs must be leashed. Close all gates in stabling area at night.
No non-compete horses allowed in warm up areas during show, fully enforced, must get bridle number from secretary and wear at all times when out of stall.

Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular
Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Modified Level or above and Combined Driving
Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance
Rides. A nonmember may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, agent, coach or trainer
at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and
Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a $45 Show Pass fee. Participants in the following
classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and
races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot (exception: Friesian performance FR222) and academy
classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF
introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions. 8)
Opportunity classes, 9) citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in
good standing of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant
handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the
state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but
not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of
licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described
motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The
parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating
a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or
actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those
responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for
individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and
management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not
limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds.
Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of
harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs
the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is
accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other
mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt
from this rule.
EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT USEF RULEBOOK
WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH
All competitors must wear an approved helmet while mounted.
Sharps containers are placed at each barn for proper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments.
Every competitor must sign and send to the show secretary the
new USEF/USEA Waiver and Release liability form before the start of the
