To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email, all required information prior to coming to the event. If space allows post/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. This includes coggins, signatures, and required documents. Funds must be received/or postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late. Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition.
