Haul-in fee: $100 (non-stabled horses). Non-Competing Horse Fee: $100 (per Non-compete Horses). RV Hookup: Water & Power - $260 Wed.-Sun. $65/additional night; Water Only - $140 Wed.-Sun. $35/additional night. (No tying horses to trailers in RV areas). P and Below Dressage Schooling Rounds: $30/round. P and Below Show Jumping Schooling Rounds: $30/round. Teams: $5/person. Refunds:Before C.D. Refund less $25 non-refundable office fee. CD to Nov. 3rd-less $35 office fee. After Nov. 3rd- no refund unless spot can be filled from wait list. Xentry Refunds: All Xentry's paid with credit card that are refunded from wait list are subject $25 non-refundable office fee taken from refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Entries & xEntries MUST include payment to be accepted. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of $35. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Intro: USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived and the USEA Starter/D&M Fees do not apply. Double entries: Accepted $25. Change Fee: $25, for any changes made after closing date, all changes/scratches must be made by email to [email protected]. Incomplete Entries: $15, missing signatures. Refunds:Before C.D. Refund less $25 non-refundable office fee. CD to Nov. 3rd-less $35 office fee. After Nov. 3rd- no refund unless spot can be filled from wait list. Copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months for out-of-state horses; not required for in-state horses. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner or pay non member fee. Priority given to complete entries based on postmark date!

All open checks that are left open after the show will incur a$5 close out fee.

Reminder:

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Prizes for 1st to 3rd and 7 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian

74 12'x12' perm. stalls, 7 15'x15' pipe corrals, 200 10'x10' temp stalls on grounds. Wood stall priority given to TRR members and TRR Battle of the Barns Leaders. Pipe Corrals first come first served requests. $150 from Noon Thursday through Noon Monday. Additional nights $30/night. Non-stabled horses/hauled in horses for weekend=$100 (TRR members exempt.) Stall doors and initial bedding only provided. Feed/ Hay/Bedding available for purchase; Shavings-$11/bag, email pre-orders to [email protected]. No outside delivery of bedding allowed. Cross-Country

I-3100 m @ 550 mpm. P-2850 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2100m @ 400 mpm. BN-1950m @ 350 mpm. Intro - 1200m @300mpm, max. height 24", 12-15 efforts. All courses: Average to challenging, for horses with some experience at this level. Level to gently rolling terrain with excellent sandy loam footing. Cross-country course closed October 27 at sundown, call to make appointment.

Cross-country course closed October 27 at sundown, call to make appointment. Twin Rivers reserves the right to close sections before Cross-Country course closes. Riders limited to 3 horses/level. Levels may be divide/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be on a held leash. $100 loose dog donation for any dogs not on a held leash. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes. Team competition: team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/ team member. Cahoots Catering food available during show on grounds. Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Monday after the competition for $60.
