Flora Lea Farm YEH and Mini Event
It is our plan to run this event subject to all Covid regulations in effect at the time. The safety of everyone involved is paramount and to that end, we will be strictly following our county, USEF, USEA, and any additional state recommendations related to the COVID-19 health status. Our intent is to follow the best practices put forth by all relevant governing bodies. Any on-time entries still incomplete one week before the event will be charged $20 per missing item. This includes, signature pages, coggins, etc. Missing Items fees will be enforced and no one will be scheduled until the entry is complete--documents and all fees. In addition to the required USEF and USEA documents for a complete entry, our Flora Lea Waiver of Liability is also required-completed and electronically filed via our website for everyone on the farm. ALLnon-competitors are also required to sign the USEF/USEA Waiver to be on grounds. Stay tuned to our website as to details about spectators and food vendors.

Bear left at fork, go through the stop intersection. Farm 1/2 mile on right.From NJ Turnpike: Exit 7 to Rt. 206 south to Rt. 70 west. At second traffic light (3.5 mi.) turn left onto Branin Rd; Large Wawa on northeast corner; bear left at fork, through stop intersection, farm 1/2 mi. on right.

Payment is available by check through mail or PayPal (add a $4.00 convenience fee).
Please be sure to include the riders first and last name as well as the division when paying via PayPal or your entry will not be accepted.

$115 BN, N, T;
$100 Intro and Starter.
$30 per phase if riders want only 1 or 2 phases.
Riders may opt for a combined test style for $30 a phase and/or mixing of levels.
Only riders competing in the same level for all 3 phases will be eligible for prizes.

USEA Starter Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter fees ($10), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the first test scheduled.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. PLEASE BRING WATER. MOTORIZED VEHICLES ALLOWED ON CROSS-COUNTRY COURSE BEFORE the Daily START of XC AND AFTER the XC PHASE is finished for the day BUT NOT WHEN RUNNING.
