USEA Starter Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter fees ($10), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the first test scheduled.

INCOMPLETE ENTRIES: On-time entries still incomplete one week before the event will be charged $25. USEA MEMBERSHIP: USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) required at all levels, except FEH handler. HORSE REGISTRATION: USEA Limited or Full Registration Required for YEH/NEH horses. USEA FEH, Limited or Full Registration required for FEH horses. PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be in effect for the jump/gallop test. Riders must bring pinny holders with them. PAYMENT: All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid within 1 week of the event must be in form of credit card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions). Office fee will be billed to no-show, no-pay entries! CHANGES: Any change to entry subject to $20 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. COGGINS: Neg. Stabling: 54 permanent stalls with stall doors. $50 per night includes one bale of bedding AND schooling on Loch Moy's XC schooling course. Include a SEPARATE $25 check muck deposit. There will be a $100 fine for any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be asked to leave the grounds. - Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards.
