Stabling: $100.00 Barn Stalls. $100.00 shade covered pipe stalls subject to availability. Stall Cleaning Deposit: $40.00, separate check. Camping: Trailer Camping available make checks or pay online to The Event at Archer MUST include with your entry. Electric and Water RV hookup's $40.00 per night. Electric only RV Hookup's $35.00 per night. DRY CAMPING FEES: $20.00 per night (no utilities no tents per fairgrounds).

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- USEA/USEF fees only - no other refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: the USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) are not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Electronic entries will be accepted through Xentry found at https://services.useventing.com/. -Entries are not complete without payment. - Checks payable to The Event at Archer. - Late fee-entering after closing date, $25. - Returned check charge: $50. -Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses. - Out-of-state horses MUST have a health certificate for entry into the state of Wyoming -Refunds:Before the closing date, less $25 office fee, stabling in full. After the closing date, no refund unless your spot can be filled from a waiting list. Competition cancellation, no refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. USEA current membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. All scratches and changes must be made in writing, via email. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA drugs and meds fees and membership fees. Thoroughbred Incentive Program ("TIP") prizes available at each level. Submit your horses TIP number with your entry to qualify.Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found atwww.usef.org. Stabling/Veterinarian

56 hard covered 10x10 permanent stalls $100.00, doors included. 48 shade cloth covered 12x12 pipe panel stalls, doors included, $100.00. 50 10x10 pipe panel stalls no cover, doors included, $75.00. 1st bag of shavings included with all stalls; preorder shavings at $10.00 a bag. Tack Stalls NOT available - Limited amount of stabling on grounds, entries received first will be given onsite priority. Stall cleaning deposit - $40.00, separate check. Veterinarian: On site during competition only, # will be posted in the sec'y office. Farrier: During competition hours on grounds, otherwise on call.

Approximate course specifications:P- 2700m @ 520 mpm.T-2300 m @ 450 mpm. N-1900 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm; Starter- 2'3" 1600 m @ 300 mpm. (Distance and speed subject to change). Terrain: Rolling Hills, grass/pasture, berms, water complex, etc. P/T/N/BN: Courses are at the Standard for the levels fences are at maximum dimensions for the levels. Cross-country course closed August 12. Nice Hack to StartBox from Stabling. LIMITED PARKING AT CROSS COUNTRY COURSE, NO ALL DAY PARKING. Bring your PINNY HOLDER. Cross Country Course closes September 13 All Dogs must be leashed. $100 fine for unleashed dogs paid to The Event At Archer for the jump improvement fund. COVID-19 Rules for equestrian sports which include social distancing, masks, and self temperature checks will be the minimum enforced for this event. ALL individuals (riders, owners, trainers, parents, coaches, volunteers, etc) will be asked to sign the following release before entering grounds.https://www.usef.org/forms-pubs/FDs-pIVXI9U/usef-waiver-release-of-liability Event at Archer will enforce the use of face masks or face coverings on venue grounds. All staff, grooms, trainers, and participants will be required to wear a face mask or face covering whenever you have the possibility of being within six feet of another person (including members of your own household), except when mounted on a horse.Please do your part and wear your face mask/face covering as required.Face masks and face coverings must fully cover the nose and the mouth while being worn. It is compulsory for all persons at Federation licensed competitions when mounted anywhere on the competition grounds, to wear properly fastened protective headgear which meets or exceeds ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. It must be properly fitted with harness secured. Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the Current USEF rule book will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.
