From North of Ocala: Rte 40 east for approx 35 miles to Hwy 19 south. Take Hwy 19 south for 15 miles farm is on the left. From North of Jacksonville: I-95 south to I-295 south to Exit 3 (Orange Park) to right on Hwy 17 to Palatka. Right on Hwy 19 south, when you cross Hwy 40 (staying on Hwy 19) farm is 15 mi. on left. All stabling, please use Lake Dorr Road, first left after main entrance of farm.
From Orlando Airport: Beeline Expressway (Hwy 528) west (towards Orlando) to Florida Turnpike north (towards Ocala) to Hwy 429 north (towards Apopka) to Hwy 441 north (towards Mt. Dora) to Hwy 19 north in Eustis. Farm on right, 18 miles. All stabling, please use Lake Dorr Road. Road is on right before main entrance.

Event Fees Directory: See individual section for details. Draw checks to Rocking Horse Stables. We accept most major credit cards.
Entry: I/P: $235.00; PT/T: $210.00 N/BN: $200.00.
Stabling: $100 for duration of event, Friday - Sunday. Each additional night is $35.00. Stall comes with 1 bag of shavings.
Hook Ups: $45.00/night.
Paddocks:$50.00/weekend.
Ship-in: $30.00/weekend.
Stall Deposit: $50.00 per stall (separate check). Stall cleaning is available for a cheaper fee. More information is available the weekend of the show.
Shavings: $8.00/bag.
Refunds:Before closing date, less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed or mailed on or before closing date. NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After closing date, refund only if there is a waiting list. Ship-in fees refunded. Stabling fee refunded if stall is filled.
Entries
Entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Faxed entries WILL NOT be accepted.Double entries: Not accepted.USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (limited for T, N, BN or Full) are required at all levels.Drugs & Medication FeesRefund Policy:The USEA D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. XC Pinny Holder required for all riders.
Changesmade to an entry after C.D. will be subject to a $25 processing fee.No changes to entry starting Tuesday before the event.
Lateentries(if space allows) will be subject to a $50 late fee. Competition Cancellation-no refund.
Copy of current neg. coggins within 12 months must accompany entry. 30 day health certificate required at the Florida State line.
PLEASE include a winter address and email on your entry form.
Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Permanent stalls / $100.00 for duration of event, Friday - Sunday. Each additional night is $35.00. Stall doors provided. Each stall comes with 1 bag of shavings. $50.00 stall cleaning deposit on a separate check. Stalls must becleaned prior to leaving (nomanure, urine, or hay), NO CARDBOARD SHAVINGS/STRAW. Check will be destroyedif stall is cleaned. Stall cleaning is available for a cheaper fee. More information available the weekend of the show. 104 permanent stalls on grounds. $30.00 ship in fee for duration of event. Feed/hay available for purchase ½ mile away from show grounds. Veterinarian: # posted on each stall card.

No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine.
Food vendor on grounds.
Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed. If caught loose a $50 fine.
No unauthorized cars on course.
No motorized vehicles or golf carts permitted on course, Sunday, November 1st while cross country is running.
All returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee in addition to the $12 bank fee. No Canadian checks please.
No cardboard shavings/straw. If found, stall deposit check will be cashed.
No loud generators close to the main barn.
