Refunds:Before closing date=Less $25 non-refundable fee; if stall can be filled entry and stabling fees will be refunded less 25$ office fee. Competition cancellation- Refund excluding competition expenses. USEAStarter and D&M Fees Refund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Should the event be canceled due to COVID-19, competitors will receive a refund of their Entry and Stabling fees, less $100. The money retained by the organizing committee will go to offset a limited portion of the expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation due to the pandemic.
Entries
Preliminary entries must include copies of USEF membership cards for rider, trainer, and owner. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels, except Starter and Derby. Starter riders are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. $35 returned check fee.Refunds:Before closing date=Less $25 non-refundable fee; if stall can be filled entry and stabling fees will be refunded less 25$ office fee. Competition cancellation- Refund excluding competition expenses.
Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses (include copy with entry) & 30 day health certificate required (for horses arriving from out of the state of Missouri only) within 30 days to be presented to show secretary upon arrival. Prizes for 1st place and ribbons through 8th- all divisions.

LIMITED stabling. $130/stall from 11 am, Friday to 5 pm, Sunday. 147 permanent wooden stalls. Stalls assigned by order of receipt of entry fees. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Extra shavingsavailable on site. There is a $50 grounds fee, if not stabled.Indoor restrooms with running water and showers on site. Additional port-a-potties near warm up and barn areas.Farrier: TBD.
