Waredaca Classic Three Day Event & H.T.

AS of 9/1/20 we received the approval of both the USEA and USEF to conduct the Classic!! And, for various reasons, we will be running the ONLY Classic in 2020!! We are very excited to announce this and are planning accordingly, implementing COVID- 19 recommendations that were part of the approval process from the organizations. For those wishing to enter the Classic Three Day, we suggest you visit our Waredaca.com website and review what we have planned for the competition, from a participant perspective:https://waredaca.com/main-menu-page/competitions/classic-three-day-event/ The safety of everyone involved is paramount and to that end, we will be strictly following our county, USEF, USEA, and any additional state recommendations related to the COVID-19 health status. Our intent is to follow the best practices put forth by all relevant governing bodies. We are also using an all-electronic entry and payment that was 100% successful for our recent AUGUST competition. Any on-time entries still incomplete one week before the event will be charged $20 per missing item. This includes, signature pages, coggins, muck deposits, horse or rider numbers, etc. Missing Items fees will be enforced and no one will be scheduled until the entry is complete--documents and all fees. In addition to the required USEF and USEA documents for a complete entry, our Waredaca Waiver of Liability on our homepage, top banner, 'waiver', is also required-completed and electronically filed via our website for everyone on the farm. ONCE FILED, this COMPLETED document remains current 'forever'. ALLnon-competitors are also required to sign the USEF/USEA Waiver to be on grounds. Stay tuned to our website as to details about tack and food vendors. VTO saddlery will be on site. Spectators are still prohibited.AlsoNEW since August...Dressage warm up on grass and Dressage performance arenas for all levels will be on all weather footing. Also note improved attention to cross country footing too! NEWthis year...DRESSAGE TEST OF CHOICE--FEI or National!!AS TIME AND SCHEDULE ALLOWS....Now, have the opportunity to 'practice' a test before doing your competition ride ! Riders can perform whatever test they wish, in a different arena and under a different judge before riding their competition test! Get exposure to the dressage area and a chance to do your own test ride first! Sign up under 'other', identifying your test of choice and including your fee with the total! Easy!! Classic riders will be scheduled Wednesday afternoon for DRESSAGE only. NO jumping option available.

Comment

Due to Covid-19 concerns, 3 day stabling is ONLY for the three day horses! VERY limited stalls on grounds for horse trial horses, once full we will provide contact information to riders to arrange their own stabling.
