Entry Information

Enter Online via WWW.EVENTENTRIES.COM Payments may be made by credit card. Packet, signature page, and current Coggins must be postmarked within 5 days and before closing date or entry may be wait listed. Entries include $25 non-refundable office fee. There is a $30 fee for bounced checks. US Checks or Money Orders. Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels. Refunds:Before CD entry less $25 office fee. After CD No refunds. USEA Starter/D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M Fee ($25) is not subjected to office fees, and shall be refunded within 30 days of the competition to any rider that does not start the dressage test. Wait List:After entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the waiting list. Only entries paid in full are placed on the wait list. Once scheduling is complete, substitution will be made from the waiting list. Riders must bring pinney holders with them - the venue will provide paper numbers. Entries are not complete until payment is received.

All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Levels may be divided / combined if entries warrant ; State preferences anded the Eligible section (we will try to accommodate those preferences, but not always possible) and birth date on entry (otherwise senior is assumed). PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
