USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $20 change fee -changes must be emailed. $20 pinney fee for unreturned pinny: you will be billed. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Live) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. All refunds must be requested via email. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months; must accompany entry. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Veterinarian: Dr. Sarah Murawski, DVM. HPF has a limited number of on grounds temporary stalls with doors @ $50 er stall. Please refer to the accomodations page for stabling options within the area.

Also look in the White River/ Lebanon, NH area for larger hotels. 25-30 minutes, lots of restaurants, shopping.

P‑2200 m @ 520 mpm. T‑2000 m @ 420 mpm. N-1600 m @ 350 mpm. BN‑1400m @ 325 mpm. All courses: Friendly move up courses at all levels, however hilly terrain does offer challenges.Cross‑country course closed October 1.

All dogs must be on leashes. Levels may be further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Excellent food on grounds.
