Do to insufficient entries the CCI1 will not be held.

We will not have enough stalls to leave empty stalls between all groups, but masking in the barn areas will be enforced for everyone's safety.  We are sorry to say that we will not be able to do a competitor's party or provide breakfast in the rider lounges due to COVID concerns.

Final schedule will be determined by entry numbers. Wednesday: All stabling opens at noon. Arrival exams Noon - 5:00. If a competitor is arriving prior to this,arrangements must be made through the Stabling Coordinator, Tyler Sanderson, before arrival. Tyler 484-889-6911. 3:00 Both FEI and National XC courses open to competitors. 3:30-5:00 Arena Familiarization - Main Arena, walk around outside only. Thursday: Breakfast available (yogurt,coffee, cereals, fruit) in Rider Lounges for riders and grooms, dependent on current CDCguidelines. Vendor Row open from 8-4:00, dependent on current CDCguidelines. 8:00 Dressage test ride 2/3/4* 8:30 Dressage Competition 2/3/4* and possibly some 1*. Arrival Exams 9-12:00. 30 minutes after Dressage ends - ArenaFamiliarization - MainArena, walk around outside only. Friday: Breakfast available in Rider Lounges for riders and grooms, dependent on current CDC guidelines. Vendor Row open from 8-4:00, dependent on current CDC guidelines. Arrival exams 8-10:00. Dressage Competition resumes 8:00. Show jumping begins in the afternoon, with likely just the 3and 4* jumping but final schedule is dependent on numbers. FEI Riders Meeting - 6:15 pm to 6:30 pm outside the Main Barn in the Volunteer/Officials Check-In Area. Competitors party Friday evening dependent on current CDCrecommendations - will potentially be a masquerade ball held outdoors. Saturday: Breakfast available in Rider Lounges for riders and grooms, dependent on current CDC guidelines. Vendor Row open from 8:00 - 4:00, dependent on current CDC guidelines. 8:00 National levels Dressage begins, on grass. 8:00 Show jumping for those FEI divisions who did not jump on Friday, followed by some National Show Jumping (likely I,P,T) 8:00 XC for those who did SJ Friday, followed by XC for those who did not do SJ Friday. Refunds: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Negative 12 month Coggins must be through the last day of the competition and must accompany entry. No entry accepted without payment. CCI Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by the closing date will be charged a $75 late fee. All N through P entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 9/21. No entry scheduled unless complete, including payment. Riders and owners at preliminary and above must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $45 USEF Show Pass fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties.
