USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Include printed, legible, current email address on entry. All correspondence from Secretary will be via email. Entries will not be considered complete until payment is received. Please send complete entry with original signatures, payment, and Negative Coggins (dated after 9\20\2019) to Secretary. Changes\Scratches must be made in writing. $25 fee for changes after closing date. Late entries accepted if space available; must pay $50 late fee. Funds postmarked after close date will be charged late fee. Haul-Ins must pay $40.

Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. 150Temporary Tentstalls. All stabling at Sundance Farm. Bedding available $8\bag. $25 Clean Stall Deposit Required - check will be destroyed if stall is stripped before3:00pm on Sunday. Designate one stabling group name if you want to stable with others. Stabling fee $150 for weekend. Grounds Fee for non-stabled horses $40. Out of state horses must have Health Certificate. Competitor's party will be offered on the cross-country course Saturday night. Free for volunteers and competitors. All riders must sign Sundance Farm Release Form; 18 and under must have parent or guardian signature. Limit 150 stalls. Will accept 150 entries.NOTE: preference given to Championship entries.Dogs must be leashed and under control at all times. ($50 Loose Dog fee will be enforced).
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties.
