Check Plantation Field online omnibus listing before entering. All communications via email: must provide legible, valid email address. All entries must be typed: NO handwritten entries.
1. Enter ELECTRONICALLY online at www.evententries.com and pay with credit card. If signature page and legible coggins were not pre-uploaded and included with electronic entry, immediately mail documents to address above or scan and email to address above.
2. Paper Entries. Pay with credit card through the Plantation website or include check and mail to address above. Must be able to read entry form, coggins, and email addresses.
3.If using Xentry, entries have not been made and will not be accepted until payment is made. Immediately mail signature page and legible Coggins to address above or scan and email signature pages and legible coggins to email address above.
Any entries created on Event Entries or Xentry without credit card payment are not considered valid until payment is received.
If using FedEx or Overnight Mail waive signature requirements.
All entries must also be submitted through the FEI entry system portal.

Fees
Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions MUST be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. See the section below for wait list policy.

Entry fee: CCI:$450.00, does not include stabling. P: $300.00, does not include stabling.
Stabling: $250.00.
Camping/RV Hookup: Call secretary, primitive camping only. No power or water hookups.
Refunds: Before C.D.: less $25 non-refundable office fee, notify secretary in writing via fax, email, or letter; After C.D.: entry/stable: no refund unless spot and/or stall is filled from wait list. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: the USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Check Plantation Field websiteand online omnibus page before entering for the most current information. All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: $25. Valid email addresses required on each entry blank. All communication will be done by email. All entry blanks must be typed. Competition cancellation: no refund. $25 change fee after closing. No changes to entry after Sunday, Sept. 13. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. Not notifying sec'y of intent not to compete will incur a $25 fee; this applies also to no-shows. CCI-S horses must be registered with USEF and FEI. 4* must have FEI Passport; 3* & 2* U.S horses must have at least a National Passport. Foreign horses must have FEI Passports. CCI-S competitors must use the 2020 USEA CCI entry form.
If space allows and post entries are accepted a $75 late fee will be charged.
All entries that are incomplete as of Friday, September 11th 5:00 p.m. will be charged an incomplete fee of $20.00/PER MISSING ITEM (signature pages, coggins, or any other items). Any entries not complete by Monday September 13th will not receive ride times. Using adjustable plastic pinney holders (available from Secretary for $20).
Riders may be limited to 4 horses per level if event is oversubscribed
ON OPENING DAY, August 4, 2020. Riders must submit entry form with payment to the Secretary
as well as entering via the FEI Entry system. Levels may be divided if
entries warrant. Only PAID submissions will be accepted. Wait List policy: entries
will be accepted based on the postmark of mailed payment or the date
electronic payment was made; additionally the entry must have been done through the FEI system. Riders should enter via the FEI system prior to or on the opening day for regular entry submission of August 4th. Entries will be accepted from the wait list by division as
space allows.
Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Awards
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. 4*: $7,500; 3*: $3,750; 2*: $1,250. If divisions are split, prize money is split accordingly.
Stabling/Veterinarian
10'x12' temporary stalls with doors. Spacious aisles. $250/stall from Tuesday Noon through Monday noon. Further info from Mary Coldren. Bedding available for purchase. Stalls do not need to be stripped upon departure.Stalls provided again this year by FEI Stabling, LLC. Veterinarian: Unionville Equine Center, 610-932-6800; will be posted at stables.

Food available on grounds. Due to Covid-19 protocols, Trade Fair and Competitors' Hospitality will be very limited. Check our website plantationfield.com for the latest Covid-19 protocols as we get closer to the actual event.
No 2-wheelers but golf carts and 4-wheelers are allowed in restricted areas. No motorized vehicles allowed anywhere on XC course. LEASH DOGS! Loose dogs $50 FINE! NO dogs on course! All LOOSE dogs on course $100 FINE! All fees & fines payable to Plantation Field Course Building Fund.
If the event is oversubscribed, Entries will be accepted
