From Salem & SR 45: go south on S.R. 9 for 6.3 mi. turn left (east) on Schneider Rd. (only left) Stone Gate Farm sign on telephone pole. Farm is 3/4 mi. on right hand side. Drive to Stables is past the house at the bottom of the hill. From the Intersection of SR 172 & 9: Go North on SR 9 for 1 mile to the first Rd. Schneider Rd. only goes to the right. Grounds on right 3/4 mile. There will be a sign on the telephone pole at the end of Schneider Rd.

The FEH classes and show jumping schooling rounds will be on Saturday No paper entries accepted! Enter and pay via XEntry. ENTRIES MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE ARRIVAL. No exceptions.Any entries that are not complete by closing date will be assessed a $25 late fee. A 2020 Stone Gate Farm release form and a current coggins (upload here) must be on file and emergency contact info for entry to be considered complete. Entries will be limited based on USEF and CDC guidelines to reduce COVID-19 transmission. Enter early! We will be STRICTLY following the requirements and recommendations of the USEF Action Plan for competitions, and we will expect competitors to follow the requirements set for riders by the USEF/USEA. Additional protocols, restrictions and notes will be posted on our website. Please adhere to all signage, social distancing, and USE your face mask when withing 6 feet of anyone. Please give yourself ample time to arrive for this competition. ALL temperatures will be checked daily upon entry to farm. Plan ahead for potential delays. However, since it is after closing date, you must make an entry for theChampionships which will be refunded if youdon't receive a qualifying score. We are going ALL electronic!BN competitors must be USEA members. 2' Starter Test does NOT require USEA/USEF Membership; USEA Starter D&M Fees do not apply. Awards

Prize & 8 ribbons per division. T.I.P. Awards: ribbon and prize for best scoring TB in ALL levels including Starter, FEH (must include a copy of their T.I.P. card with entry, must be received before the start of the competition).

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited.$50/night or $75 for the weekend.On grounds fills fast. 82 perm. 10' x 10' stalls with gates on grounds. Off grounds stabling 6 - 12 miles away. Stall gates on ALL stalls.NO BEDDING provided. Stalls must be stripped. A limited number of Bagged shavings available for purchase @ $7/bag must be pre-ordered with entry or, e-mail [email protected] by Wed. Aug 13. May pay at check-in. Bedding will be in your stall upon arrival. Stabling requests handled on a first come basis. PLEASE USE ONLY ONE NAME FOR "STABLE WITH" for groups wishing to be stabled together. If you are trailering together make sure you enter at the same time or some of your party may be off site. On grounds stabling is NOT appropriate for stallions, check with Jackie for options. Dressage

Test & arena sizes: P-2018 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2018 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2018 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test B -Sm. Starter-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand or limestone.

Cross-Country

P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N- 2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm/max. fence height 2'7". Starter fences approximately 2', 1200m @ 300 mpm: will be timed. Terrain: Rolling hills, mostly open; water optional on BN, banks & ditches BN - P. Starter will NOT have banks, ditches possibly a water option. Some horses / riders may find the terrain challenging depending on their experience. Courses and questions are appropriate for the level and end of season.Course maps will be available on My Course Walk. Cross-countryCourse closes August 25th. The Derby Field which includes banks, ditches & water will be available until Sept 7th

NEW FORMAT: FEH CLASSES on SATURDAY, followed by schooling jumping rounds. Horse Trialson ONE day, Sunday. FEH: If you are using this as a qualifier for the championships, you must enter the Championships which closes before this competition. If you do not receive a qualifying score you will receive a full refund. Cross-countryCourse closed August 25th. The Derby Field which includes banks, ditches & water will be available - check with Jackie. Entry limit 100 Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant. Divisions will be divided by age and / or experience. Please check eligible Section and birth date on entry. PLEASE include a legible e-mail address and check website regularly for updates before the event. A 2020 SGF Release Form must be on file CLICK HERE for on-line form You will be Required to Make your own Numbers. Plastic number holders will be needed. Medical armbands work well for dressage nubers. Weather permitting, xc schooling will be available for one hour after the completion of cross country, $25/ horse, free to volunteers. Must check in, sign a waiver, & get pinney. The 2' Starter Test does NOT require USEA/USEF Membership OR association fees. Volunteers are always welcomed. Saturday Night at the Raceswill not be running this year Note: ALL parking will be down near the stabling area. Motor homes that are NOT attached to a horse trailer will have to park in the day parking field. Only tow vehicles parked in front of the trailer allowed in the stabling parking area. All cars must park in the desiginated car parking area. If staying overnight horses must be stabled; NO tying to or leaving horses in trailers and NO FOALS please. Day parking, cars are not allowed to park with trailers.
