Thurs: HT Stabling open 12:00 pm. Cross-country course open-3 pm.
Fri: Dressage-8 AM all divisions. BN and Starter ShowJumping 2:30 pm (this is tentative start time and may change!).
Sat: Cross-country -9 AM all divisions. Awards Ceremonies for BN and Starter during competitor party starting at 5:30 pm.
Sun: Starting at 8:30 AM Show Jumping and Awards Ceremonies.

Documents may also be uploaded from Evententries entry packet. Checks must be received within 4 days of electronic entry or you will be placed on the wait list until payment is received. If the show is filled on opening date completed entries will be put on a wait list and a draw will take place if an opening appears.

Entries limited to 200. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee and stabling fee. Entries are accepted according to postmark date. Postmark date will be changed to reflect the date payment is received by the secretary.

All Entry Fees include mandatory stabling. Clean Stall Deposit:$40 (send separate check no cash or cc!). Camper Hook-ups:Spaces are limited. No refund after closing date unless space can be filled..
Golf Carts: Limited number available for rent $175/weekend for two seater or $200 for four seater.
Refunds:Before C.D.-Full Refund -$25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry-no refund unless entry and or stall can be filled from waiting list less office fee. Competition cancellation-No refund.USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry fees include Stablingfrom Thursday-Sunday and a $25 non-refundable office fee. Extra nights: $20 per night. Tack Stall: $150 (if available). Clean Stall Deposit: $30, check will be destroyed if stall is stripped clean, no CC or cash accepted. Change fee $25 after CD, $40 chargeafter schedule is done,notice will be sent out via email. Double entries: Not accepted. All riders entered in the P and I divisions must have proof of USEF membership! USEA current membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. Biosecurity: This event requires a negative coggins dated within 1 year of the event, and proof of vaccination for EHV within 180 days of the event. Please be prepared to show vaccination records on request.
Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.
Awards
All divisions Ribbons to 8th place and prizes from 1st- 4th place. We will not have an Award Ceremony on Saturday! Ribbons will be available by the office.
Stabling/Veterinarian
200 10x10 permanent and temp stalls with doors. Stabling opens Thursday 1 pm, mandatory stabling included in entry fees, initial shavings included. Extra stabling $20 per night.Hay& shavingsavailable for purchase in advance withentry or [email protected]prior to Sep.12thto have your order delivered to your stall.Shaving orders received prior to event $8, during event $10!Shavings only allowed! Stall cleaning deposit=$25 included on separate check (cash will not be returned), if stall found strippedyour deposit will be destroyed. Indicate ONE stabling group name if you want to stable with others.Veterinarian:# will be at show office and stall doors. Farrier on grounds.

Please note that course distances may vary due to course changes made after this omnibus was printed! Easy Starter course height not over 2'4". All courses are designed according to the National standards for each level and are considered Average in difficulty, Terrain: Rolling to hilly terrain with very good sandy loam footing. All courses spectator friendly! Cross-country course open only by appointment. No unauthorized motorized vehicles allowed on course at any time unless special permit has been granted.
