USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Starter–1700m @ 275 mpm, logs, roll top, tiny table, , no banks, water optional, max 2’3” several new fences on starter. Terrain: banks appropriate for level, on all courses. X-C course flat and openwith short paths thru woods, questions fair and strait forward appropriate at all levels. Good footing in any weather, much of course tiled for drainage. Show Jumping and warm-up on Grass. Cross-country course closed 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition.
