USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Incentive for trailering-in!In an effort to conserve on stabling costs and adhere to social distancing protocols, we are incentivizing trailer-in entries to our HT. Anyone not using a stall for their weekend will have the haul in fee waived! Please consider hauling in and out.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date are subject to alate fee of $50. Changes to Entry: After closing date-$25, prior to closing date-no fee. Incomplete entries-$15. Bounced Check Fee: $25. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA Starter Fees and USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived. Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund; After closing date no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, if either are filled, a refund less $25 will be given. Complete Entries: Only complete entries will be accepted. A complete entry is one that is received with complete payment on or before closing date with full payment, this also applies to Xentry. Entries that are not complete after closing date will be assessed a $50 late fee .
Due to changing COVID restrictions and mandates, checks will not be processed until September 1.
Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

C2 Financial Training Rider Championship purse of $500: 1st 50%; 2nd 30%; 3rd 20%.
Stabling/Veterinarian
$140/stall from Thursday to Sunday. Shavings $10/ bag. First bag provided free. Bring stall guards. No non-compete horses allowed!

We will be following all social distancing requirements mandated by the state of California. Everyone on grounds must adhere to social distancing practices. Limit the number of people you bring with you to 1 trainer and 1 groom. Temperatures must be taken daily and recorded. Masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES when unmounted.
Levels may be divided or combined as entries warrant: state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Dogs allowed-must be on leash. Caution--we have severe problem with coyotes and several dogs have disappeared.
