Fees

Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Huntington Farm. Entry: Per division:$200.00 All divisions. Stabling: $45.00. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 office fee. After C.D Entry/Stabling no refund. Competition cancellation-NO refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $20 fee for entries accepted after closing date. $20 fee for changes made after CD. Our preferred method of entering is through www.bluehorseentries.com. Will accept online Xentry paid with a credit card, (Hard copies of signature page still must be sent to Secretary). USEA membership is required at all levels. Horse registration (limited or full) is required at all levels. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds:Before C.D.-Less $25 office fee. After C.D Entry/Stabling - No Refund. All withdrawals must be in writing. Faxes and e-mails accepted. Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Awards sponsored by Smartpak and Strafford Saddlery. Flashdance Memorial: Low Score Adult (over 40) Amateur Novice Rider. (Sign up with the secretary.)

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited. $45/stall/night. Stabling will be assigned based on date of entry. Stabling locations will be e-mailed.Perm. stalls 0-10 miles of event. Bring your own bedding. Please strip your stall upon departure. Veterinarian:Dr. Molly Witters

Robin Jaccaci B&B-next door.(802) 765-4822. There are several lovely B&Bs (within 15 miles) in nearby Lyme, NH, Norwich, VT, and Hanover, NH. In addition there are many motel options in White River Junction, Vt (20 miles) Quechee, Vt (19 miles) Close to restaurants and shopping. Camping: Rest & Nest -10 mi.(802) 785-2997.

Cross-Country

P-2400 @ 520 mpm. PT-2400 @ 470 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm.N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 325 mpm. Courses:some hills, ditches, water, good galloping area. Lower levels: Moderate. Preliminary: Moderate plus. Cross-country course closed July 31.

Other Information

Cross-country course closed July 31. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date. Food on grounds. No dogs, please - any dog brought to competition must be secured in parking field at all times. Bicycles, scooters etc are advised as the farm is very spread out!!! Not allowed on the x-ctry course. We are a carry in/carry out facility. Please take your trash with you.
