Tentative Schedule

Fri: Stabling opens at Noon; Cross-country course opens at 3 pm. Sat: Dressage begins 8 am. FEH. Sun:Cross-country to start at 8 am; Show Jumping to start at 9:00 am. All levels will complete their cross country and show jumping phases on Sunday. Scheduling the order of cross country and show jumping for divisions will be determinedbased on the number of entries at each level. Competitors will have approximately one hour between XC and show jumping. There will NOT be a prize giving ceremony this year.

Change Fee: $25 for each change to entry after C.D. Incomplete Fee: $20 for any entry not completed by the closing date. Post Entry Fee: $50 for any entry accepted after C.D.

In order to comply with COVID-19 responses, entries MUST BE completed by closing date to eliminate additional show office traffic. Completed entries include payment, electronically signed release form, USEF waiver and negative coggins. Stabled competitors must submit a USEA stabling form. In order to assist in COVID-19 response and to protect our staff, please make sure your entry is completed by the closing date. The show office will be open for limited, digital assistance and as internet reception is slow, please help us and complete entries and communication ahead of time! Please state division preference on entry form as levels may may be further divided. Rider and Horse Divisions will be offered in accordance with the Rider & Horse definition under Appendix 31.5 & 1.6 of the 2020 USEF Rules for Eventing, if entries warrant. Entry status, times, live scoring and results will be available from StartBox Scoring. Link posted at www.gvrdc.org and www.startboxscoring.com. Secretary correspondence will be via email. Please include legible email on entry form. It is the competitor's responsibility to be familiar with qualification requirements and to elect the proper divisions. Please check website regularly to confirm entry status and contact immediately if you have been placed in the wrong division. All entriesinclude a $25 non-refundable office fee. Entry confirmation and status will be posted on www.gvrdc.org and www.startboxscoring.com. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels except Intro. Intro riders are exempt from USEA membership and horse registration, and the USEA Starter fee does not apply. Neg. Coggins required for all out of state horses within 12 months of competition; Neg. Coggins for New York State horses dated on or after January 1, 2019. Coggins must accompany entry. Please note that entries are not considered complete until signed, paid in full, and include complete paperwork (i.e., coggins and signatures). In fairness to all, incomplete entries will not be placed in draw until complete.Changes: $25 fee for all entry changes after CD. Incomplete Fee: $20 for entries not completed by the C.D. Awards

Prizes and ribbons per division as follows: Ribbons for 1-6 for all HT divisions and additional sponsored prizes. GVRDC Travel Award Vouchers: To qualify travel to the GVRDC Horse trials must be a minimum of 200 miles each way. A $100 gas voucher will be awarded to the competitor with the best score within their division at each level: T, M, T, BN, AND INTRO. Thoroughbred IncentiveProgram(TIP) Awards: Champion and Reserve Champion ribbon and prize awarded at each level. TIP Eligibility: Riders/owners must submit a TIP number with entry for all horse/rider combinations to the secretary prior to the start of competition. The American Connemara Pony Association will be awarding ribbons in each division for the top placed Pure-Bred American Connemara Pony. Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling will be organized according to social distancing practices and therefore stalls may be limited. USEA stabling form required! Assign ONE NAME to each barn/stable group. Add additional notes if you preferred to be stabled directly with another individual - otherwise competitors will be stabled in a socially distant manner. Stabling is limited to permanent on grounds with overflow to off grounds near-by, on a first come first serve basis. $110/stall from Friday noon to Monday noon and includes one complimentary bale of shavings Please be sure to conserve your water usage. Our water source is trucked in for the event and therefore limited. Enclose separate $40 refundable check payable to GVRDC as clean stall deposit (check will be destroyed when stall is stripped). 48 permanent stalls on grounds. Stall doors.
