Time to Saddle up (again) and Ride On... We are excited to host these horse trails, the largest for the year for us, and we hope you can make it. Entries will be limited based on USEF Covid-19 Action Plan. Please familiarize yourself with this document so you know what to expect when competing. We will be following the requirements and recommendations of the USEF Action Plan for competitions, and we will expect competitors to follow the requirements set for riders by the USEF/USEA. Additional protocols, restrictions and notes will be posted on our website at www.cobblestonefarmsllc.com No paper entries. All entries must be submitted through Blue Horse Entries or Xentry. Reminder that there will be two Release and Waiver Forms that need to be signed, one for Cobblestone Farms and the other for USEF/USEA. Both need to be submitted electronically when entering. Your entry must be complete before arriving at show grounds.

Turn west and go about 5 miles to Zeeb Rd. Turn south (left) to driveway on left. From North: South on 23 to exit 49, North Territorial Rd. Follow directions from above. From South: North on 23 to exit 49, North Territorial Rd. Follow directions from above. From West: Take 94 East to Zeeb Rd., exit 169. Go north (left) to Joy Rd. Turn left then quick right back onto Zeeb Rd. Continue north to driveway on left side of road.

Fees

Event Fees Directory: Entry: P: $240; BN,N,T: $230; Starter: $220 (no USEA starter & drug fees for Starter). Stabling: $170.00. Muck Fee: $ 30.00 - to be paid on Venmo to Cobblestone_Farms. (if not available, send in advance to Cobblestone Farms 6301 Gregory Road Dexter MI 48130). Will be refunded if stall is stripped. Haul-In Fee: $40.00 for horses who are not stabled on the show grounds, one time fee.

Late Fee: a $35 fee for entries submitted on-line orreceived after CD. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entries-Less $45 only if place can be filled from wait list. Stabling fee only if stall can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. Refunds less than $25 will be donated to the CFHT Jump Fund.USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Vet cert is required for withdraws. All withdraws for refund must be made in writing to secretary prior to CD.

Entries

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors must be USEA members. Starter competitors do not pay USEA starter and drug fees and are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership requirements. Change fee of $25 for any changes to entry after submitted, $45 fee after CD. Add $35 Post Entry Fee if your entry is received after the closing date. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry. Requests cannot be accommodated after CD. **All requests to stable with a group must use one group name on all entries or request will not be accepted.Any stall changes will result in a change fee of $25, or $45 if past CD. $170/stall fromThursday to Sunday. Temp tent stalls with doors. Bedding available for purchase on grounds-$9/bag. Some ice available for purchase on grounds. ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry. Requests cannot be accommodated after CD. Other Information

Cross-country course closed July 20. Food on grounds. Leashed dogs are welcome! Due to Covid-19 restrictions we will not be having our annual Competitors Party or our Canine Companion Competition, sorry. Sunday Morning, 7 am Rise and Shine Prayer and coffee on "Top of the Hill" near RV hub. "Jump for the Cure" T Shirts will be available on site during the event, limited quantity.
