Entries Postmarked After July 8; A: $315.00 I/P: $290.00; T: $275.00 N/BN: $250.00. Post-Entry Late Fee: $50.00. Stabling: $200.00 (10:00am Wednesday through 8:00pm Sunday). Stall Deposit Fee: $65.00 (separate check) or $30.00 payable to the Running Fox Pony Club for stall stripping service. Please note: entries made online must also send in the separate stall deposit check - credit cards will not be kept on file All entries will incur an additional $25 COVID Fee due to increased expenses and loss of revenue. Entries

Entry fee: includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. An additional $25 COVID Fee will be applied to all entries for 2020. Double entries: Not accepted. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months & must accompany entry. Non-negotiable checks will incur a $30 fee. No foreign checks (US dollars only). Changes: All changes must be in writing. Changes after C.D., are subject to a $50 fee. Post-Entries: accepted if space permits. $50 late fee after closing date. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry – no refund; Stabling refund only if stall can be filled. All withdrawals must be in writing. Competition cancellation-No Refund. Non-compete horses: are welcome, include $50 fee plus stall fees. Please note: If competition is over-subscribed, priority for stalls will be given to competing horses. Tack Stalls: are available, only if space permits. Priority given to competing horses. Wait List policy: Entries are added to the competition in the order they are received. After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Only entries received and paid in full are placed on the Wait List. Substitutions will be made from the wait list by division. Please include legible email address on your entry.

All levels appropriate for this time of season. Expect to see ditches, banks, water complex at all levels. Track aerated where necessary. Cross-country course closed.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited. $200/stall 10 am Wed. to 8 pm Sunday. No horses accepted before Wed. without prior permission. Please notify managementfor arrivals after 8:00 pm. Extra nights: $50/stall per night. USEA stabling form and "requests to stable with" must accompany entry. Please be consistent with request to stable with; use either farm name OR trainer name. 52 permanent stalls. remaining - temporary stalls. all on grounds. $65 clean stall deposit required – write separate check. (We can not hold credit card info for stall deposits - sorry!) Stalls must be STRIPPED AND CHECKED OUT WITH THE STABLE MANGER OR THE DEPOSIT CHECK WILL BE CASHED. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS. Running Fox Pony Club stall stripping service will be provided. $30 per stall; send with entry. Deposit checks not required if you sign up for cleaning service. Bring stall guards. Hay and Bedding available for purchase on grounds, hay must be ordered ahead of time. Refer to website for Stable Manager contact info for making pre-orders. Primitive Camping is allowed, space available on a first come first serve basis, reservations not required. electric/water hook-ups not available Some trailers may be parked off grounds within ½ mile. Follow parking signs carefully! For insurance reasons please respect the following rules: Dogs MUST be leashed. Loose dogs WILL BE IMPOUNDED, $50 loose dog fine. Motorbikes and ATV´s on car lanes only. No motorized vehicles allowed in stabling area or on XC course. Small children should be closely supervised. Horses must pass on designated routes ONLY.
