Attention U.S. Riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the
FEI through the USEF online entry system: https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will be considered incomplete. There is no fee to
submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the event (and
pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention
to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to
contact their National Federation.
Refunds: Before Closing Date-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After
Closing Date- No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation-No
refund. Refunds within 30 days of competition.
USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees
($25), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of
the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or present at
the first horse inspection, if applicable.

ARRIVAL: On-time entries still incomplete
one week before the event will be charged $20 per missing item. This
includes, signature pages, coggins, muck deposits, horse or rider numbers,
etc. Missing Items fees will be enforced. Submit ALL items before event!
INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED.
USEA MEMBERSHIP: USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life)
and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.

CHANGES: Any change to entry subject to $25 fee. Change must be in

sitting in lockdown at home in Scotland we are looking ahead to Maryland
International Horse Trials in July. With the Covid 19 decimating our
season so far we realize that this may be the first event of the year for all
of us, therefore please be assured that the courses will reflect the lack of
competitions. They were planned before any lockdown and so they will now be
modified by reducing some of the technical difficulty. Our main aim is to get
everyone enjoying themselves and building confidence so look forward to seeing

Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling: STALLS WILL BE LIMITED TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL DISTANCING. 27 permanent
stalls with stall doors available on site; 7 permanent stalls across the
street. In addition, there will be 7 temporary stalls on site if warranted. $75
per night includes one initial bag of bedding. Additional bedding $10/bag. PRE-ORDER
bedding if buying more than two (2) bags. Competitors wishing to stay for the

Tack Stall: $75 per night. Plenty of tack stalls will be available due
to social distancing measures!
Trailer Parking: Stabling trailers to be parked in a satellite site on the
property. Only cars, trucks and trailers paying for hookup will be allowed at
stabling.
Muck Deposit: Pay Muck Deposit as separate check! Muck deposits MUST be in by Sunday, June 28 to avoid Missing Items

motorized vehicles on course. Only Official vehicles allowed. Concessions MAY
BE available on grounds, depending on State of Maryland orders and
recommendations. It is advised to bring your own meals. Water on grounds

DOGS: GR1301.6 will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. There will be a $100 fine for
any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be
asked to leave the grounds. - Dogs are not permitted to be loose on
competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals
must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible
for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’
behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to
penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards.
