Tentative Schedule

Subject to change due to entry numbers, keep checking on-line. Thurs:All stabling opens - 8:00am, Arrival exams 8-noon and 1-5:00. Prior arrivals must make arrangements through the Stabling Manager before arrival. Show office hours 8-5:00;Cross-Country course open - 3:00 pm. Fri:Show office opens 1 hour before the first ride and closes 1 hour after the last ride; Additional arrival exams 7:30-10:00; Dressage test rides 8:00;Dressage starts at 8:30. Competitors party "Dinner with the Stars" after the completion of dressage - Pavilion (competitors will receive wristbands for the party and 2 free drink tickets); Live music and dancing to The Mike Frost Band. Additional tickets are $50 each and also include 2 free drink tickets. Dressage freestyle exhibition will kick off the party. Sat: Show office opens 1 hour before the first ride and closes 1 hour after the last ride; Show Jumping starts at 8:00 am; Cross-Country starts at 9:30 am. Brooke USA VIP Lunch - Pavilion. Awards approximately half an hour after completion of each division.

Entries

All entries include a $25 non-refundable entry fee. Entries on Evententries.com will be accepted without payment, but will not be considered complete until paid. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 3/10/20, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 3/10/20, or a $50 late fee will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be at the Stable View Main Office by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders and owners at Preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $45 USEF show pass fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by 3/10/20 or a $50 late fee will be owed. Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls. Change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be mailed or e-mailed. Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 3/23/20. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Check entry status list at www.stableviewfarm.com. No other notification method will be used. Awards

10 ribbons per division. PRIZE MONEY AWARDED FOR ALL LEVELS! $50,000 total in prize money, with $20,000 for the 4*, $15,000 for the 3*, $10,000 for the 2*, and $5,000 for the 1*!

FITS $100 Gift Certificatewill be awarded to the first place finisher in the CCI2*, 3*, and 4*, and to ALL FINISHERS in the CCI1*! TIP Awards and Prizes for the highest placed Thoroughbred Horse at each level. Register your off the track Thoroughbred at http://tjctip.com/default.asp?page=7. KWPN Awards for the highest placing Dutch Warmblood horse. To be eligible for this award, Horses must be registered as KWPN and a copy of breed registration papers that say “KWPN” must be provided to show secretary. These papers must, in turn, be available if requested by the KWPN-NA office to verify registration. Horses registered with any registry or studbook other than KWPN are not eligible.



Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling - $200, includesWednesdaytoSunday. Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Shavings discounted to $6/bag if purchased through the closing date 2/26/19. After Closing Date Shavings will be $8/bag (includes tax). Shavings will be available for sale on grounds for the competition. Limited stabling available only in the new barns: 12x10 stalls with stall doors and rubber mats. Other Information

Limited to 55 competitors per division for the 2*, 55 competitors for the 3*, and limited to a combined total of 55 for the 1 and 4*. Get your Entry in early! Food on grounds. Four Rider Lounges will be in use including the new Executive Lounge which will be used for the first time - positioned between the two banks of Stalls. These Lounges are available for all competing riders and offer coffee, a light breakfast, fruit, snacks and water and a place to have meetings and relax during the day. In addition the new Executive Lounge will include toilets, washing machine and dryer and shower facilities.
