<strong><strong>FYI: </strong></strong>Pending changes to the USEF Entry Agreement and Waiver and Release form may/will require that any signature page submitted after April 30th, 2020 be re-signed prior to the competition. Esign has been turned off in Xentry. Entrants shall be alerted when the new forms are in place for re-signing through Xentry.<strong> Our 2020 Summer Horse Trials will be held at Morven Park International Equestrian Center in Leesburg, Virginia.</strong> We are still hoping to run our event June 27-28 if at all possible. We will announce our decision on or before June 10 based on local and state restrictions. We will be accepting entries starting May 12 through evententries and Xentry. No payment should be submitted until we have made our decision about running. At that time please submit payment by credit card through evententries or Xentry, or contact the secretary (Lisa Woods at [email protected]) to pay via PayPal. Note please no paper forms or checks--submit all paperwork electronically through evententries or Xentry, or email your paperwork. Also please no checks--payment will be accepted as stated above by credit card or PayPal. Everyone who comes onto the event grounds will be required to sign any waivers and wear any personal protective equipment (ie masks) required by current local, state and federal guidelines as well as USEF and USEA guidelines. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $50 returned check fee. I/P competitors must include copies of USEF membership cards for rider, owner and trainer or pay non-member fee. ALL Foreign competitors including Canada and Mexico must have a valid USEA membership and horse registration to compete. Double entries: Not accepted. Copy of current negative Coggins required for all horses within 12 months must accompany entry. No ride times will be issued for incomplete entries. Check status of entry on-line at https://loudounhunt.ponyclub.org/pages/542.aspx. Emergency information box must be filled out or entry is not complete--this will be strictly enforced. If using Xentry you must email your entire USEA entry form including signature page, coggins and copies of membership cards within 5 days of entry. Awards

Trophy &8 ribbons per division. TIP awards to 3rd place per level for all USEA Recognized Divisions. Contact secretary via email to sign up for TIP awards.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling - $120.00 per weekend (Fri. & Sat.). Tack stall - $120.00 per weekend (Fri. & Sat.). Initial bedding provided (2 bags of shavings). Early arrivals and stay overs must make arrangements directly with Morven Park. 150 perm 10x10 stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. No straw, please! Stabling refunds: In full before C.D. After C.D. only if place filled from wait list. No refund after 9 pm, June 23rd. Feed/Hay available for purchase from Southern States, Purcellville.Veterinarian:Paula Horne, DVM (540) 338-5888. USEF RULE CONCERNING DOGS ON COMPETITION GROUNDS - GR 1301, Paragraph 6.6 - Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be held on a leash or otherwise restrained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs' behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule will be issued a Yellow warning card and may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7.
