Tentative Schedule

Show Office: Thurs:2 pm to 6 pm. Fri, Sat, Sun:1 hour before and 1 hour after competition hours. Thurs: Cross-Country course open-3:00 pm. Fri: A/I/P Dressage. Sat: A/I/P Show Jumping followed immediately by Cross Country. M/T/N/BN Dressage followed by Show Jumping: some T/N/BN may show jump on Sunday depending on numbers. Sun: All M/T/N/BN CrossCountry. Schedule is subject to change depending on numbers so check website for updates. Limited to 375 entries after which a wait list will be created.

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 6/02/20, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). No refunds after 6/15/20. If for ANY reason the show is canceled - FULL REFUND.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.


Entries

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. No entry accepted without full payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 6/02/20, or a $25 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 6/02/20, or the late fee will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $25 non-refundablefee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Show Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider.

Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 6/15/20.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited on-grounds stabling. $175 from 8am Thursday June 18 through 6pm Sunday June 21, 2020. All on site stalls arepermanent and at least 12x12 w/doors. No initial bedding provided, bedding available for sale on grounds for $8/bag (includes tax). Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. N-2018 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. All A, I, and P dressage will be ridden on Attwood footing, all other levels in grass arenas.

Cross-Country

Cross Country Courses designed byCapt Mark Phillips andMogie Bearden Muller. A - 3500m@570mpm. I - 3200m@550mpm. P - 2800m@520mpm. M - 2500m@500mpm.T - 2200m@450mpm. N - 2000m@400mpm. BN - 1600m@350mpm. All courses: Average to challengingfor horses with some experience at this level. Water, ditches and banks may be at all levels. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil. Cross-country Course closed after May 24th. Cross-country Course schooling is only available during Eventing Academy dates or by appointment on ETB/Boyd Martin Schooling Field, for more information: www.stableviewfarm.com.

Total maximum entries 375. After 375 a wait list will be compiled for each day. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider if needed. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they areaccompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license.The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and managementin their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but notlimited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areaswhere people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk ofharm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties.
