PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US - WE ARE TRYING TO HAVE THIS COMPETITION:
1. At this time it is not certain whether MHT will take place but we are making the following changes regarding the entry process
2. We are accepting entries but no paper will be accepted
3. Electronic entries can only be accepted via X-Entry
4. If not using Xentry we will accept emailed legible PDF entries - [email protected]
5. Entries should be complete including coggins and signatures; Coggins and signatures can be scanned and emailed
6. No payment should be sent at this time
7. If we are limited on numbers allowed, we will use the entry data to determine accepted entries
8. If the HT is a go then we will contact you and you must pay via Xentry or Paypal or Zelle or possibly Venmo
9. We will make a YES or NO decision on May 15th - at that point, the event will be canceled OR we will be accepting payment
10.Although there are late fees for submission after closing date, the Organizing committee will reassess late fees and update the Omnibus accordingly at least by May 15.
<strong>NOTE:</strong><strong>Prior to May 15th, competitors can create entries using Xentry but will not be able to pay via credit card nor e-sign. If the competition will be held, Xentry will accept credit card payments and e-signatures beginning May 15th.</strong>

Post Entry/Late Fee:$50 late fee for entries and/ or payments postmarked after the closing date. Entries after June 2 will be assessed a late fee of $100.Electronic entries not paid online must have payment postmarked prior to closing date to avoid late fees.
Change Fee:Change fee applies to division, horse and/ or rider.$30.00 fee for each change of entry after C.D. but before June 2; Additional $50 fee for each change after June 2.Changes should be sent to the secretary by email. Changes NOT accepted by phone.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 office fee; After
C.D.- $150 entry refund ONLY if place can be filled from

Starter and USEF Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees will
be returned within 30 days of the competition to any who do not start the

Entries
All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Include
printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from the secretary will be
by email.
All
entrants competing must be USEA members. All horses competing must have USEA registration number. Preliminary
competitors, include USEF membership numbers for rider, trainer and owner (including
farm, syndicate, etc.).
Riders, trainers, and/or owners of horses competing at the Preliminary level who
are not USEF members will be required to pay $45 non-member fee with entry. (Note: a coach may or may not be a trainer; trainers are the ones who care and feed the horses) AND USEF MEMBERS - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE UP TO DATE ON YOUR SAFE SPORT TRAINING!!

Double
entries: Not accepted.
The use of XENTRY is strongly encouraged as you can submit your entries electronically.

Unpaid

Plan to bring own water, as closest water may be far away. Ice will be available atconvenience store across the street.

must be leashed and attached to a person or vehicle per USEF Rule GR1301.6.
