NJ Region's H.T.
The NJ Region Pony Club is looking forward to welcoming all competitors to our annual Horse Trials held at the Horse Park of New Jersey. This is our third year as a recognized event and we are working hard to make this year better than last year. The Horse Park of New Jersey is one of the best venues for horse trials in our area. The Horse Park of NJ is also the site of the Jersey Fresh International, the HPNJ horse trials in June and July and ESDCTA's horse trials in September We know our competitors will enjoy their rides at this premiere site.
On Saturday, the NJ Region will once again host our Fun Day on XC - as a way for those riding at the Pre-Starter Level (jumps up to 18-20") and the Starter Level (jumps up to 2'3") to enjoy a stress-free experience riding over a numbered, marked XC course including a start box and a marked finish. The entry fee for this day allows a riders to ride two courses - the same one twice, or once over each course. An opportunity to do a Team Chase for two or three riders will also be offered. For those who might want a little more challenge, an Event Derby will be available. The Derby will include starting over a stadium course (jumping half of the stadium fences) following by going right onto the XC course of their choice and finishing up over the balance of the stadium fences. Information and online signup for this Fun Day on XC will be posted on our NJ Region's Website:
<a href="https://www.njregionponyclub.org/">https://www.njregionponyclub.org/</a>
For our Pony Club members, the NJ Region will also offer you a chance to qualify for USPC's Championships and Festival to be held this year at the Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington, KY, from July 13 to July 20th. A separate entry for this Qualifying Eventing Rally will be available on our NJ Region's website.
