Fees

DON'T FORGET OUR DRESSAGE TEST OF CHOICE OPTION YOU CAN ADD!! **To enterDRESSAGE TEST OF CHOICE OPTION, use the 'other' box, state what test you wish to ride and include $50 per added test.We will try and accommodate all requests for this as the schedule allows. Event Fees:Draw checks to Waredaca; Foreign/Canada add $10.00 to each entry fee: US dollars only. Entry Fee: P: $250;M-T: $245; N-BN: $225 (does not include USEA/USEF fees). Stabling: Very limited on ground stabling due to required physical distancing. $50.00 per night per horse. Muck Fee:$50.00 (separate check) more details from the Secretary. REFUNDS: Once we are confirmed to run and accept payments, all payments must be completed by June 5 -No one will be scheduled without complete payment and entry /waiver documents filed online. Refunds: None after 5 June. $50 for any bounced check; Competition cancellation…no refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

    • Please read the USEFCOVID-19 Action Planto review these detailed and important requirements. We will be strictly following these guidelines:
    • All riders are to come with only essential people-it may be just you, or a driver and/or a trainer but no more than 2 additional people with each rider.
    • ALL who enter the farm must have completed in advance a Waredaca Waiver Release of Liability. This includes your support team.
    • If you feel sick or have been exposed, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SHOW. Seek medical attention and follow the CDC guidelines for quarantine procedures.
    • Waredaca will be open only to competitors, their essential support person(s), our officials and ancillary people, volunteers, and the Waredaca staff.
    • NO spectators , vendors, food sales etc will be on site.
    • More specifics will be forwarded prior to arrival.
    • All correspondence from secretary will be via email.
      Scratches/Changes MUST be in writing via EMAIL ONLY TO THE SECRETARY

    Stabling/Veterinarian

    Due to required physical distancing, VERY LIMITED STABLING ON GROUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE. CHECK WITH THE SECRETARY FOR MORE DETAILS.     Dressage

    Tests ALL 2018;arena sizes: P-USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. M-USEF Modified Test A-Sm;T- USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-USEF Novice Test-A Sm. BN- USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Outdoor, all weather footing in 2 rings; grass for 1 ring.

    Cross-Country

    P‑2800 m @ 520 mpm. M -2600 m @ 490 mpm.T‑2400 m @ 460 mpm.N-2200 m @ 375 mpm. BN‑1600 m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Variety of tests at all levels. Website will be updated closer to event date.     NEW logistics for Dressage and Jumping Phases: DRESSAGE warm up/grass; 2 performance arenas on all weather footing; 1 arena on grass footing.
